Oceanfront condo in the heart of Beach Haven. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with ocean views from every room and walking distance to all restaurants, bars, amenities, and entertainment! Includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a balcony. Comes with two dedicated parking spots, bikes, beach badges, an outdoor shower, and access to our sister property’s pool (one block away).
Saturday check-in/ check-out is required from July - August and three-night minimums are offered in April, May, June 1-16th, after labor day - October, This is the newest property of The Beach Club with 20 years of happy customers and thousands of 5 star reviews.
Checking in: Check-in is at 3 pm and we use a keyless entry with a four-digit passcode. Once your condo is ready we will text you with the four-digit passcode. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible!
Checking Out: Check-out is promptly at 11 AM EST - no late checkouts can be provided. Please text us once you've checked out
Parking: You have two dedicated parking spots indicated by the painted number "1E"
Beach Badges: Beach badges are not required until June 26th of the current year. You will receive six beach badges that will be left on the table in the kitchen upon your arrival. Upon checkout please leave your beach badges on the same table. Each badge not returned upon checkout will incur a $40 fee per badge.
