We loved the property! It was perfect for our large extended family. The golf cart was convenient and extremely helpful for carrying us and our gear to the beach. The beach was an easy walk of a little over a block. The pool was fabulous for our afternoons getting back from the beach. The place was clean and well equipped for all we needed for the stay. We plan to reserve again next year!

Lots of potential, but needs some work

Big, beautiful home with lots of potential. House is very beat down and worn. Flooring in the living area is cracked horribly. Outside shower didn't work. When the shower on the 3rd floor broke, we asked to have the outside shower fixed, it was not. Trees around the pool deck drop prickly things with hurt to walk on. Dings, knicks, dents in the walls. Water pressure is terrible. We showed up to a broken ice maker which was fixed after several days. however, it makes about 10 ice cubes an hour, so we still had to buy ice. Base of the pool ladder was so corroded that it snapped completely off the base. The rental property solution was 2 orange pilon cones. This could be a great house, but it needs about 5 days of work from a couple of handymen. It's in a great location but is in desperate need of some repairs.

Great house and spot

So, to start, the location and the house is great. Each bed room had its own bathroom, and the location was a quick walk to the public beach. Perfect for that. The reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is that there are were some issues, not major, but reason its not 5 star. First, its advertised with a 6 person golf cart. It had one, but didnt work. They did get us a 4 person one to use. Kinda moot point, but even if the 6 person did work, the back safety rail was rusted off. The livingroom area had some issues with the floor. The tile was all buckled up, and cracked. They put some rugs down over it, but everyone tripped a bit still. The kitchen is big, but lacking some items. No cutting board at all. Thankfully I brought one. The range hood worked, but was greasy greasy. The fridge ice machine maybe made ice 4 times a day. By the the last day, it was full again. The fridge also had a couple broken shelves. There is a second fridge, which is awesome. In one bathroom the fan didnt work, and the tub was clogged. I pulled out Cher's wig out of the drain to unclog. Outside, the spare grill tank was empty (they did reimburse for me filling one). They had hanging lights which needs about 6-7 bulbs replaced. Pool was great, except at night you turn on the pool light, and it flashed like a strobe light, so could not use the light. So, if renting, ask if they have fixed all this, if so, you are getting a 5 star property.

The house was clean and good. It was apt as shown in the photos. We had an issue with one of the rest room and called the property management , they cleared it the next day. One of the fan in the bedroom was not functioning properly. Te technician said he will raise a ticket and see how it goes. Since we stayed 3 days we were okay and the weather was also cold. Apart from that the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Linens and Towels were clean. We did not use the pool as it was cold and rainy. Location was very near by beach. Recommended for family.
