But it's not all hustle and bustle here. Just a 30-minute drive away, the breathtaking foothills of the Rocky Mountains await, offering a slice of nature's best. Plus, with local and state parks just minutes away, outdoor enthusiasts will be have plenty of choices!

So, whether you're here to seal deals or scale mountains, this neighborhood offers the perfect blend of work and play. It's a place you'll love to call home like we have for the last 10 years!

There is a really nice park across the street with basketball courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, a pond, and common area.

Access to the light rail is a couple minute drive or 7 minute walk.

Park Meadows Mall is a 10 minute walk.

Inverness Golf Course is a couple minutes away and Meridian Golf Course is about 5 minutes. TopGolf is about a 5 minute drive.

Almost everything you need is no more than a 10 minute drive from the condo.

Parking is available on the property, first-come, first-served along with the 2-car garage.
