Ideal for families and groups! Marazul Belize Villa 122 is a spacious, second-floor condo designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. This premier unit boasts direct, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea from its private balcony, located directly on the beach.
Capacity and Comfort: The spacious interior is fully air-conditioned and great for group travel, featuring three bedrooms and a flexible full sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan design ensures everyone can gather comfortably. The full, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy meal preparation.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8): The condo offers flexible sleeping options:
• Master Bedroom: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk through shower.
• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.
• Guest Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds, shared bathroom access.
• Living Area: Full Sofa Bed (best suited for two children).
The Elevated Lifestyle: Step onto the balcony for great, direct views over the Caribbean Sea. Access to the shared beach, pool, and community pier is made easy with the building lift (note: 6 steps are required to access the lift). Your group will find everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
