The JC406 LVStripHouse is a 600sq ft./56 sq. meter fully renovated modern high-end and very elegant, soundproofed “Super-Studio” condominium apartment that is located right on The Las Vegas Strip, complete with an actual Las Vegas Blvd. address (3700). (JC406 was a one-bedroom unit, but not anymore. Now it is a Super-Studio!) JC406 is located right in the middle of all the activities and action that Vegas has to offer. JC406 LVStripHouse is a “No Smoking, No Pets” destination that is limited to a maximum of six overnight guests.

JC406 sleeps six comfortably, two adults in each of the three queen sized beds, while JC408 next door sleeps eight guests comfortably. (These two separately rented units are beside each other and can be connected together into one HUGE 1,700 sq. ft. / 158 sq. meter “Super Suite” through a soon to be installed secret hidden door. Reserve both units at the same time and we will share the secrets of the LVStripHouse with you!)

The LVStripHouse condominium building is covertly connected to The Cosmopolitan through a little-known set of elevators that takes you directly to The Cosmo’s casino floor and all the restaurants, stores and events that Vegas has to offer.

Additionally, when you look out through the strip-view picture window, you will see the world-famous Bellagio Fountains!

When you cross over Las Vegas Blvd., you enter Planet Hollywood, or if you cross over Harmon Ave., you enter City Center that has The Shops at Crystals, The Aria, The Waldorf Astoria and just so much more.

The Bellagio is about a 5-minute walk, T-Mobile Arena is a about 21-minute walk, and Allegiant Stadium is a 47-minute walk along Las Vegas Blvd. It just doesn’t get better than this.

Your LVStripHouse Hosts Do Not Charge or Ask For Additional Fees.
“No Resort Fees”. (Cosmo and Bellagio now charge $50.00 a day.)
“No Cleaning Fees”. (Leaving the LVStriphouse messy, dirty or damaged is not Ok!)
“No Parking Fess”. (Park free at The Cosmo as our guest. Others pay $23.00 per day.)
“No Internet Fees”. (No data limits and no limits on the number of devices you can connect.)
“No Security Deposit Fees”. (You are renting directly from the homeowner. Please treat our home with respect!)

Due to extreme interest in these two properties, early check-In and late check-out is just not possible, however all guests can leave luggage with the Valet Team 24/7 at any time. The Valet is located on the first floor just outside the front entrance.

The LVStripHouse JC406 is a multi-functional custom renovated elegant suite unlike any other in Vegas. It is a fully convertible space that has its own kitchen complete with a complimentary coffee/tea bar. Your kitchen has a TRUE and LG appliances including a wine/beverage fridge, a dishwasher, an induction stove with a warming drawer, a separate and a triple filtered drinking water system along with a dedicated in-suite quad filtered ice maker. Your in-suite kitchen has everything you need to either bring food in or to cook-in. The choice is yours!
