About this space
Enjoy an urban, calm, bright and cozy home away from home in one of the most vibrant and culinary neighbourhoods in the very center of the city. 15 min walk to the Acropolis, 2 min walk to Filopappou Hill, one of the most beautiful parks in Athens. Metro and Bus stations are right around the corner. After a sight seeing day you will love this real oasis, to relax at your private terrace, to prepare a lovely dinner in your fully equipped kitchen, or just curl up and dream of the amazing city.

The space
Building:
• athenian modernism detached house
• the character of the old building was kept in the front and in many details
within the house
• fully reconstructed in 2021
• ground floor / 1st floor

• 1st floor on the left, no lift, non smoking

• fully equipped, condiment set with some quality basics

• one big sofa which can easily be arranged as one comfortable single bed if necessary

Hidden gem in Ano Petralona

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our short visit in Athens! The apartment is absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated with great style, clutter free and fully equipped with everything you could ever wish for to call it a bright and peaceful home away from home. Cozy, elegant jet practical and well organised, even during a long stay you wouldn’t miss anything. The area Ano Petralona is the most beautiful non touristic spot for a visit in this vibrant city. All important sights are in walking distance. Around the corner you will find metro station, bus station, grocery store, bakery, health store, pharmacy, just to name a few. Many culinary restaurants with greek delicacies and not only, many cafes and bars to chill or to party at lively squares, all contribute to this lovely mixture of greek tradition, everyday live and a relaxed vacation mood. Susanna welcomes you personally with a warm smile and makes you feel at home from the very first moment. She lives in the same building and is there for whatever you will need while she is always as professional as discrete. We have also noticed that Susanna is a genius and superhost on various platforms and we totally agree. Thank you Susanna for a great stay, looking forward to our next visit at your beautiful and stylish place! Btw, your homemade cookies are delicious!!

As a graphic designer and after running an advertising agency in Athens for almost 25 years, I decided to make a dream come true.
Designing a house and personally welcoming guests from all over the world is the fulfilling passion in my still overwhelming greek life since I settled here in 1995.
