Beautiful and spacious oceanfront condo at the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace. Newly renovated in 2020, D302 is a penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, two ocean view bedrooms and a large patio - perfect for sunset dinners or a morning coffee while watching the crashing waves. Located steps away from private beaches, historic coastal trails and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel, D302 is within close proximity to everything you need for a perfect Big Island vacation.
The spacious living room with newly installed hardwood floors can be connected to the patio via wall-length sliding glass doors - creating an indoor/outdoor ambiance with comfortable furnishings and the salty breeze from the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen was entirely renovated and expanded in 2020 with all new appliances, cabinetry and granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and private access to the patio. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, a spacious corner desk, an en-suite bathroom with a renovated shower and private patio access.
