Discover the tranquility of our neighborhood, perfectly nestled near I-49 and Central Ave., offering both serenity and convenience. Just a few steps away, find yourself on the Dark Hollow North and South mountain biking trails, part of the majestic Handcut Hollow trail system, inviting adventure right from your doorstep. These trails are perfect for both biking and walking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the trails from the back window of the home.

The area is a biker’s paradise with the Handcut Hollow trail system a 1-minute ride from the home. For those hoping to only bike on their trip, please note there's no sidewalk crossing I-49 on Central Ave. heading West. Once on the West side, a continuous sidewalk leads all the way to Bentonville Square. For avid bikers, the Handcut Hollow to Slaughter Pen trail offers a thrilling ride, suitable for medium to experienced riders, potentially taking up to 2 hours. If you would like to utilize public transportation, the Ozark Regional Transportation on-demand service is available and will pick you up at the door of the home.
