You're at home in this Eco-Friendly solar driven home with 3 exterior spaces. Embrace this mid-century modern cottage equipped for the executive or family (or both!). Everything for children, but with the class, style and vibe of a true mid-mod home.

Near HISTORIC DOWNTOWN LITTLETON, enjoy high-end furnishings, charm, and amenities. King & Queen sized beds. Walk to nearby parks, great restaurants, and water park! Coffee bar, BBQ area, & covered breakfast nook.

Yes, your cozy getaway awaits in Littleton at this amazing house. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 queen murphy bed, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to unwind. The soothing atmosphere and tranquil surroundings will make you feel right at home. Take advantage of the heating, hair dryer, Hi-Speed WiFi, iron, and AC amenities provided. The 2 bathrooms are equipped tub-and-shower or 3-head shower with luxury soap sets; a hair dryer is available for your convenience. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing on the patio retreat, we hope you enjoy what our place and Littleton has to offer. This classic home is completely refreshed with new furnishings throughout that reflect the mid-century modern feel. Rooms are comfortable, amply supplied, and very thoughtful. All beds are new Nectar hybrid mattresses (super comfy!) and the queen Murphy is a Bamboo foam mattress! Our floors are a little squeeky (older house!) but that is part of the charm! ❤️

🛌 The master suite is spacious and beautiful with a private access to the back yard patios and breezeway for access to the kitchen. Perfect for mornings on the deck! It is an extension from the pass-through “flex” third bedroom; flex room has a motorized privacy room divider for those sleeping on the Nectar Queen bed :)

📺 Hi-Speed WiFi and 3 TVs with Roku allow separation in the place if needed. The multiple outdoor spaces make this a location comfortable regardless of the season!

🙋 In the breezeway we have a separate exterior entrance for an additional basement apartment. We have a sweet young couple who are long-term tenants. You do not share ANY spaces with them. They are quiet, kind, and keep to themselves (The gentleman is a relative and is gone afternoons and evenings.)

The house is in very good condition and just as described. The very comfy bed and skylight in the primary bedroom were restful features for a very short stay. Communication with the hosts was clear and helpful!

This home was lovely. It was a great set up for the family and location was close to all the things we wanted to do in area. If you have kids add Englewood farm and train park to the list. Very close and a cute little area for all.

Cozy Home in Littleton

The corner lot home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The check in process easy and the host family was very responsive to any question and always helpful. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

Lovely family retreat!

This vrbo was a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. Spacious enough for three adults and three young kids. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals at the house. Owners were very quick to respond when I had a question and needed help..I do wish there was an on-site laundry, but it is stated in the listing no washer and dryer. My family and I would definitely stay at this rental again when in Denver area.

Our family was in town for our son’s wedding. This house was a great fit for our family. It was clean and comfortable and has a unique personality. Lucas was responsive and flexible with us. He also reached out and helped us get clothes we accidentally left behind. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vrbo Stay!

We loved staying here so much, it was perfect for families or friends visiting Denver!! The owners of the house were very helpful during our stay & so kind to remove the snow from the driveway for us!!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking in the area We will be back!!!!

Full family pre grandparents vacation

We took our family for a week to stay in various places in Colorado. The stay in Littleton was fantastic! The beds and bathrooms in this home were amazing! The sitting room was very comfortable for watching TV or playing guitars and chatting. Check-in was super easy. We showed up a little early. We actually left to go gas our cars and I got a text message to let me know that we could go ahead and get into the house. It was a great stay.

Great location, great amenities, great value

We were a group of four friends who came to see the fall colors and take in a concert at red rocks. The house fit our group size perfectly and provided everything we needed for a quick stay. The area was perfect because it was so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Everything was very clean and we have no complaints. The communication with the owner was very good. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and would definitely choose to stay here next time we are in the area.

Mid Mod House Littleton

Our stay in Littleton was comfortable and suited our needs. The location in a quiet neighborhood is close to the family we visited. We like that it's on one level with spacious rooms, a nice kitchen(tho we only ate breakfast there) clean, central A/C and easy parking. The hosts had good instructions and were accessible if needed. We would stay again. Thank you!

Very comfortable house on a quiet street

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and even larger than it seemed on the listing. The location was very convenient to downtown Littleton (we walked it in about 15 min), etc., but the street was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a very quiet neighborhood that is starting to regenerate in some very cool ways. The Cornerstone Park nearby has everything you can enjoy with beautiful views of the Continental Divide in the Rocky Mountains. Just north of that park the Petting Zoo and Pirate's Cove water park. A short walk south of the home puts you at Cherry Cricket; an award-winning burger and sports restaurant with a very cool vibe. We're also close to downtown Littleton with boutique shopping, pubs, distilleries, and our main street! Concerts and other events bring the Littleton residents together.

This property was built in 1958 and we've focused on the Mid-Modern feel that it originated with. The brick design led us to color selections and upscale furnishings throughout.

NOTE: This wonderful home has a separate entrance to the basement unit where a young couple rents long-term. No living spaces are shared. They are polite, quiet, and keep to themselves. The young man is a relative of ours.

The master suite has private access to outside patio and breezeway. It does require inside access through the 3rd “pass through” bedroom.
