A pastel façade and an inviting porch swing welcome guests upon arrival at this 2-story cottage. Inside, coastal influences and streaks of sunlight create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Hang beach bags on the hooks by the door and continue into the combined living, dining, and kitchen. In the open kitchen, guests will find high-end appliances and an expansive center island with 4 woven wicker stools. A rich, dark wood dining table seats 10 under a Capiz shell chandelier. The spacious living area’s 2 plush couches and armchair provide a comfortable space to chat or unwind in front of the TV. The nearby desk is a convenient addition. Meander through the large glass doors at the back of the living space to discover an airy and sunlit screened veranda with a table for 10 and patio furniture—the perfect spot to relish the subtropical weather.
