The Space:

Located just off of 30A, Catch a Wave features gorgeous interiors, a private pool, a 6-seater golf cart, and more! Just a short walk from the beach, this stunning vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach makes for the perfect family getaway!



Prepare delightful meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen while the kids head to the entertainment room to play games and watch their favorite cartoons. Spend lazy days by the pool, then take the golf cart to the beach to catch incredible sunsets each evening. With two master suites featuring en suite baths, a bunk room for the kids, a private balcony, and a full-sized washer and dryer, everyone is assured a peaceful and relaxing stay!

Catch a Wave is close to popular restaurants and just minutes away from several others, including Perfect Pig Fish & Grill House, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Basmati’s Asian Cuisine, Mimmo’s Ristorante Italiano, Local Catch Bar & Grill, and Goatfeathers.

Great location, loved that it had a golf cart and pool. Nice home just needs a few updates like new lounge chairs by the pool and upstairs couch needs mattress replaced and couch cleaned other than that it was very nice! We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

House was as described. Golf cart came in handy for quick access to the beach, and a couple of local restaurants. Beach was in walking distance even though we opted for the cart a few times. Kitchen was well equipped with standard pots, pans, dishware, cookware, even a few spices. Pool was enjoyed by all especially with the heat activated during our stay. Grill functioned perfectly as well.

This house is in a great location. Truly only a few minute walk to beach. Plenty of space, lots of extras (dishes, small appliances) and very clean. The golf cart was great to have for the beach, shops, and driving around town. Although small, the pool offered a great way to cool down at the end of the day and our 4 kids had enough space to play, too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santa Rosa beach area. We would definitely rebook this spot.

The Perfect Beach House!

This house is beautiful. Plenty of space for the whole family. Close proximity to beautiful beach access. Golf cart to rip around town in. Restaurants and very neat little neighborhoods nearby. Beach was not crowded and no seaweed. Communication with owners was flawless.

Family Vacation June 28 / July 5

Catch A Wave had everything you need in a home away from home. Plenty of room for our family. Golf cart was great to have to get around with. Someone left beach chairs that we enjoyed we was able to leave our chairs in the cars . Nice to come back to the pool after a day on the beach. We also enjoyed the grill for several meals. Fabulous vacation home

We are a family of 7 and had a wonderful stay at Catch A Wave! The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to a public beach access. It was clean and stocked with plenty of bath towels, kitchen essentials, and beach and pool necessities! The golf cart was an added bonus making getting around easy and fun! Communication with Scenic Stays was ongoing as soon as we checked in. We had a few minor issues that were remedied promptly. If we decide to visit the area again, we would definitely stay at Catch A Wave!

Perfect beach house!

We had 2 families staying at the house with kids ranging from 10-14. The house was perfect for our group! It was clean and well appointed. The pool is very small but was enough to relax in after time at the beach. The golf cart was so nice to have. Public beach access parking was at a premium so most days we used the golf cart to get the big stuff there and the rest of the group just walked to the beach (just under half mile easy walk). We will definitely return to this house!

Family vacation

Catch the Wave was a great place for our family to stay. We were .4 miles to public beach. The only problem I had with the beach was that it is private on both sides of the public part! This is crazy ! I would love to see this change wish we knew this before we booked in Santa Rosa Fla. The only problem with the home was the pool area needs to be cleaned up. Pull up weeds around pool and pressure wash of chairs.

Great location, they had everything and more.

Wonderful home and stay in Santa Rosa Beach! We didn’t want to go home! This home comes with everything. The golf cart works great and was a fun bonus. The home is about 2 blocks from the beach entrance. I had messaged the property management a few times before the stay and no response. They do have a keurig even though not listed. They also have tons of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys even though the listing says bring your own. It’s all there, you just need beach towels. The pool could use some TLC outdoor cleaning to get rid of some weeds and ant hills, but it didn’t really bother us. The WiFi is also pretty slow and not the best reception in this area, be prepared. Overall, minor things didn’t impact the trip. We will be back to Catch a Wave!

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 7! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was just as pictured. We have stayed at several different vacation homes over the years and I am very particular. This vacation home was by far the cleanest and most well stocked with bath towels, kitchen essentials and beach chairs/floats/sand toys! The only thing it could use is maybe some cleaning around the pool area (weeding, deep clean of lounge chairs) but it didn't hinder us from enjoying the pool.Having the access to the golf cart was a bonus!! Made beach trips quick and easy (sometimes was difficult finding a parking spot though), but it is just a short walk to the public beach access. There is actuality several public beach accesses close by if you drive further down. Having the golf cart made exploring easy and fun!Great communication with Scenic Stays. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of promptly. I would definitely rent Catch A Wave again if we come back to this area in the future.

Perfect family vacation spot! We’ve been home less than 24 hours and have already found our available dates for 2027. The golf cart is really a must have for this area and we used it daily. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a stress free week with the family. Already looking forward to next year!

We stayed here for 7 nights starting 6/17. The location and number of rooms and pool were nice, but we saw cockroaches on 4 separate days during our stay, and the bed sheets had stains when we arrived. We let the host know before checkout; they offered a 15% discount on a future stay, which unfortunately isn't useful for us since we don't have plans to return. We'd recommend the host address the pest issue and double-check linens between guests before other travelers book.
