We had a great time in Port St Joe and this house was amazing! The host was so accommodating and we had everything we needed. The location is great! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic and our little one loved it! The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was a dream! The beds , including the Murphy bed, were very comfortable. We made some great memories and were very comfortable in this beautiful home!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!
This home is just absolutely stunning. I dream of a kitchen like this. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and no blaring street lights. You can sit on the top deck and be entertained by a stunning view of stars and the milky way right over your head with sounds of the icean in the background. Its not right on the beach, but its deeded beach access, so its just a short walk right across and onto the beach.
This was our first stay in the area, so by Sunday we found an amazing access point at Selinas Park, along with multiple others by the house. The beach is leave no trace, so you can build a fire on it as long as you clean it up after, and you can still drive on the beach here as long as you get a permit to. We enjoyed Appalachacolas artsy town w a lovely fishing boat dock, then hopped over to St George Island. Theres Port St Joe and lots of nature and food as well as all the beautiful hiking by the gulf of St Joseph and Cape San Blas.
Be sure to hang at Indian Beach Raw bar, a local spot w a cool vibe as well as the ferry at the end of Indian Beach that takes you over to St Vincent. I wish we had come about a week or 2 later because it was too cold to swim at the beach or in the pool, but we still had a blast, and i slept like a baby in the giant bed.
People are super friendly and lots of places are dog lovers, especially Tara, this places owner. I loved they had built in kennels and dog bowls waiting on us. For sure will br back!
