Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that you required a fully sterile environment. Had we known, we would have gladly arranged for a deep cleaning prior to your arrival. Regarding your comments on the property’s appearance, it’s important to note that you arrived at night, which naturally affects lighting conditions. Per VRBO policy, the photos in our listing do accurately represent the space, and guest feedback on other OTA platforms consistently affirms this. Additionally, while dust accumulation on outdoor furniture is natural due to Arizona’s desert climate, we always provide guests with Clorox wipes and additional cleaning supplies for their convenience. Although your stay was outside the refund policy, we issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
