The Space:

Rent the entire two-level duplex — ideal for large families, multigenerational stays, or groups who want to be together but also have private space.Located just 2 minutes from the beach in North Myrtle Beach.

Grocery stores such as Walmart, Aldi, Kroger located just 5-7 minutes drive.



First floor: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: king bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: two queen beds with en-suite bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room, and washer/dryer on this level.





Second floor (separate outside entrance): 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

OurProperty is connected to Roku Streaming Packages giving guests access to their favorite Cable and Network stations in addition to everything Roku has to offer including Disney+ access, Netflix access, and ESPN+, etc.





Everything you need for a comfortable stay — full kitchens, ample seating for dining and lounging, private bathrooms, and in-unit laundry on both floors. Great for combined groups who want shared gathering space plus private sleeping areas. You will have access to private back yard where you can have nice dinner that you can cook on a grill(grill is provided, guests responsible to refile the gas tank if needed)

Our spacious North Myrtle Beach Duplex has plenty of gathering space and features a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with a dining area and a 55" 4K HDTV where you can dine, play, or work together. Our Cherry Grove location of this North Myrtle Beach house puts you close to all of the North Myrtle Beach golf courses, not to forget, lots of entertainment and great restaurants! We are not far from great attractions, but most of all the serenity of the beach!



This North Myrtle Beach house has multiple furnished porches where you can read, hang out, or breathe in the warm South Carolina coastal breeze. You can work on your tan by the swimming pool or walk across the street to the beach and spend hours of the day soaking up the sun. The beach offers plenty of ways for you and your guests to enjoy the South Carolina sunshine—there are lots of places nearby to rent a Jet Ski, learn to windsurf or parasail, or fish from our many local piers.

3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
