Welcome to The Buoy House! The BEST location- Walk to Gooch's Beach (5 min walk) or to Dock Square restaurants and shops (15 min walk). This property has a short 3 min trail to the riverfront where you can relax on the bench or bring your own kayak! The back deck offers a private dining and lounge area. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please see the floor plan in the photos!
The first floor offers a newly renovated kitchen, living room with double sided gas fireplace, dining room, half bath and sunroom. Off of the kitchen there is a small 6 step staircase to the primary bedroom en-suite.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
The basement features a TV, Arcade game, Basketball game, card table, and a full bathroom!
Bedroom #1: King bed w/ full bathroom en-suite and walk in closet

Parking is limited to 5 cars
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
