Welcome to your 2nd floor Oceanfront Island Oasis in the Topsail Reef Condominium. Newly remodeled including new furniture, countertops and smart controls!!

Experience the ultimate OCEANFRONT getaway at this pristine 2nd-floor unit in the Topsail Reef Condominium! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves and savor your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the picturesque sunrise on the shoreline.

Sleeps up to 6 with 1 Master Ste, 2 bunk beds, and a full sized couch pullout. Cable, Wireless Internet, Bed Sheets and Bathroom Towels included!

Indulge in the array of amenities offered by the community, from basketball and tennis/pickleball courts. Beach/water access from condo community stairs. Tiki bar right across the street including a full bar and snacks!

Property was as advertised. Check in was easy and communication with the Bowen vacation rentals was very easy. Becky was very timely in her responses.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

We stayed for a few days and really loved being oceanfront! I am really crazy about places being clean, and bug free ... I am always so worried they won't be, but this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! BUG FREE, and very CLEAN!! Which is so important - especially when traveling with children! Loved the small basket of goodies that ended up being extremely helpful to have for our stay, and I use the same brand of soaps that were available to use - I appreciated the quality and time the owner took to make the stay nicer! Also LOVED the decor!! Even though it's a smaller condo, it's very accommodating and spacious feels very private - which we enjoyed! Only downside is that you can't always use the beach, because the water is literally RIGHT there but you can always swim! We drove to the closest public beach (probably could have walked - but not ideal for us with our babies) and had a great day, with 3 kids (2 under two!!) .. so that says a lot!! I would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us!
