If you're a family looking for enough beds/living space for grandparents, 2 adult couples & children, this is a very nice unit. The 2 queenbed/bunkbed rooms are a smart design feature; the rest of the unit is roomy enough for 6 adults and a few children (we had 2 toddlers and an infant). Most visitors to Ocean City will spend the majority of their time outdoors during the day and on the boardwalk at night. So basically, this unit is fine for sleeping and spending time indoors when necessary.Attn: VRBO/potential renters: How ironic that a VRBO commercial attacks its competitor for having too many rules, when - according to the owner of this unit -"OC VRBO's do not supply sheets." I was made aware of this 2 days prior our scheduled arrival. This is why a Hilton Hotels slogan states "It matters where you stay." Imagine booking lodging for a rather expensive vacation and being told that there won't be towels or sheets on the beds! Yes, sheets & towels may be rented for an additonal charge of course; I just feel that it's not a customer friendly approach to not supply sheets & towels. Also, kitchen supplies (trash bags, paper towels) were limited. Obviously, I believe it would be a better business decision to supply sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc. However if not, the description of the unit should clearly state that such ammenities aren't provided. Also, the description should mention that the rental is the first floor of a 2-story building.
