-25 year age minimum for booking

-Pets allowed ONLY without prior approval and a pet fee- the community has a strict leash policy- all pets must stay on leash when walking around community

-Pool and Spa heat fees apply- inquire prior to booking

-ID required for booking guest

-External agreement to be signed

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Garage parking for 2 vehicles as well as 2 spots in the driveway- NO street parking permitted

-Speed limit enforced- 20 MP

-Fireplace not for guest use

-Mailbox access only for guests staying 28+ days

-Gated community- amenities available at discretion of HOA and may have additional fees on site

-Community gym accessible for up to 4 guests (must be 18 or older) per booking and must be confirmed prior to arrival

-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video and surveillance cameras facing exterior right and left side yard entrances, and driveway

-No walking, riding bikes, exploring golf courses- golf course is permitted for use with an additional fee paid and coordinated directly at the country club
