This sweet little hideaway sure beats staying in a hotel. The amenities were plentiful and so thoughtful. You really couldn't ask much more out of a suite rental. The pool was a huge bonus with the heat we had.

This was an incredible place to stay! The pool was amazing. I spent several hours in it during my stay. I enjoyed morning coffee by the pool and floating in the pool during the heat of the day. The mini kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The room is small, but well organized and the bathroom is huge and has a jetted tub with spa treatments, two sinks, and a separate shower. I can’t wait to stay again. Great hosts!!

This is the fifth or sixth time we've stayed here and it is our go-to booking when we visit. The host is extremely communicative and accommodating, the room is cute, clean and cozy and all the amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee, breakfast bars and even fun-sized chocolates) are provided. The location is extremely convenient, as well. It's the best VRBO we've ever had.

This is a very scenic location with beautiful views of the hills surrounding Los Angeles. The property is nicely landscaped. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and lunch on the patio. Lovely pool, nicely maintained. Excellent gas grill and outdoor dining facilities. Other than the grill, cooking facilities are limited to a micromave oven and coffee maker. The bathroom is quite nice with both a walk-in shower and a spa tub. The bed was comfortable. The host has thoughtfully provided plenty of snacks and bath accessories. Although close to the interstate, the neighborhood is generally quiet. Several grocery stores are within confortable driving distance.

The studio was super clean it had everything you could think of even down to the jacuzzi tub with bath salts and bath bombs. Came with snacks and a medium fridge with microwave and coffee bar with coffee creamer and sugar included. The pool was beautiful but thanks to the hurricane weather we didn't get in. If you can't make your way up and down stairs this isn't the place for you. We had to pack an overnight bag from our truck. Coming off a cruise our bags were too heavy to make the climb. parking is on one side of a narrow street so hopefully you can find parking. Judy was a pleasure the key pad to get it didn't work we called her and she came down right away to let us in and was very apologetic. This was a Very nice place to stay and the owner was fantastic. I can see why multiple people keep going back. You won't be disappointed she thought of all the little thing to make our stay enjoyable.

It was cozy! Judy, our host, was wonderful! She tried to think of everything we might need in a small place. The outside area is very relaxing! The pool area was beautiful! We wish it had been warmer out to use the pool! People should know there is a lot of stairs if navigating them might be a concern. We would definitely stay there again!

This is the perfect B&B accommodation for a single or couple visiting LA for a wedding, reunion, graduation or, in my case, a play-opening in Hollywood. Fly into Burbank, get an Uber and you're there in no time. The room--really, almost a suite--is bigger than a nicely appointed, queen-sized room in a hotel. Queen bed, generous closet space, hidden microwave-coffee maker-refrigerator, cute snacks, jacuzzi and plenty of soaps, lotions and shampoos. The price was modest, booking was easy and the hosts were pleasant and welcoming.

I had a nice stay

I had five days in Los Angeles and picked this spot primarily for proximity to a work function and was glad I did. I wish I'd had the time to enjoy the pool area. A really lovely spot.

Great Location, Thoughtfully Stocked

This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

Beautiful landscape with a terraced private pool and an outdoor poolside eating area and chaise lounges. A large covered patio looks out over the pool with a seating area. A front deck looking out into the hills with another outdoor seating area. The master suite has a separate entrance off of the garage where you can park your car. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, large separate shower, towel warmer, built in hair dryer, coffee/tea bar and two bath robes. The property features 3 picturesque outdoor seating areas: one on the front deck, looking out into the hills, one poolside and another in the large covered patio looking out to the pool.
