Bozy's Beach Bungalow is your vacation haven located in Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the largest oceanside pool on HHI. Guests have access to tennis and pickle ball courts, pools, beach, restaurants, playground, fitness center, catch and release fishing lagoon (located right behind our building), tennis wall, basketball hoop, picnic areas with charcoal grills, onsite bike rentals and a great beach bar. The villa's open floor plan hosts up to 6 guests comfortably & is fully equipped with beach equipment/toys, games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire condo is for your use and enjoyment. We do have two closets that we keep locked, one in the second bathroom, and one in the second bedroom. Guests will not have access to these.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The resort requires each vehicle to have a PARKING PASS. One pass is included in the reservation. Additional parking passes must be purchased from the owner for $35 per vehicle. Please let us know if you need extra passes. They will be billed to you through Vrbo.
- Please be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR in our building. From the ground, it is 25 steps straight up to the second floor.
- NO PETS allowed (service animals welcome with completion of paperwork).
- This villa is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING unit, this includes the balcony.
- The cleaning fee includes a follow-up visit before check-in by our inspector who ensures that everything meets our high standards.
- We will always notify you if the condo is ready early.
- Primary guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying at the condo for the duration of the trip.
