Treehouse w/ Hot Tub near Shawnee National Forest
Reconnect with nature at our unique treehouse Aframe stay near ALL of the hiking. Just minutes from downtown Marion, IL. Sporting a 7ft tube slide, sleek black exterior and natural wood tones and lighting. The Blonde is small and mighty with an airy studio feel but packed with all of the necessities of a full sized home. This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share a property and driveway with one another. Contact us about an opportunity to book them together and bring another family!
The space
Open and airy treehouse with queen bed and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and beautifully designed bathroom. This stay is located in a very quiet 7 acre wooded area outside of Marion, IL but only 9 minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping.
This stay has a relaxing deck and hot tub in the woods and also provides a tube slide and swings for the kids. Also has a beautiful campfire area and a nature trail that is a total of 1/2 mile down and back through our wooded acreage.
There is plenty of Shawnee Forest hiking and beautiful Lake of Egypt less than 20 minutes away.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with plenty of parking.

Hi! We are Cody and Abby Jurgens, Southern Illinois natives who care deeply about our community. We are passionate about creating homes where families can getaway to explore all of the hiking and outdoor recreation that Southern Illinois has to offer! Our children are 7 and 5 and we love to maximize our time with them, usually through sports, hiking, and outdoor activities.
