Nestled one lot back from the beach, this beach house has great ocean views! The home features a gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and a large island. Experience the ultimate serenity of a luxury ocean view home that we offer for your trip. Upon entering this elegant home, you will be welcomed by a large family room with 65” Smart TV and pull out couch, multiple seating options, a ping pong table, extra refrigerator/freezer and a dining table. Relax and watch your kids swim from one of the multiple chairs, Adirondack chairs or a patio table provided in the covered rear porch. Our gas grill is also available for your convenience. Upstairs, a spacious living area opens up into a gourmet kitchen, and dining area that open to a beautiful covered porch with sofa, loveseat and chair. Enjoy a good night’s rest in one of our five bedrooms: a king bedroom suite, one bedroom with two Twin XL bunk beds, a queen bedroom with additional bunk bed, queen bedroom suite, and master king bedroom suite with stunning ocean views. Additionally, the master suite has a small nursery off of the bathroom away from house activities. All bedrooms have high quality linens and additional blankets for extra comfort. There is also a private laundry room with washer and dryer. Come experience the convenience and serenity of this beautiful beach paradise!

Located on the North End of Tybee Island, our home is perfectly situated across from some of Tybee Island`s most sought after amenities. Walk across the street to the Tybee Theatre to catch a movie with the kids. Short walk to Jaycee Park with a new playground, walking trails and baseball field and to the Sugar Shack to get your favorite treat! Popular restaurants are nearby, some within walking distance such as Sundae Cafe, Cockspur Grill, Agave and North Beach Grill or a short bike ride to Huc-A-Poos, Zunzi`s and many others.
$500 pet fee allows for up to 2 medium sized dogs with a combined weight limit of both dogs not to exceed 150 pounds. Any variance beyond these limits require approval by management and will be subject to additional fees which much be agreed upon and paid prior to check-in.
