Loved this place. It was perfect and spacious for our family. The rooms were spread out and great for families with kids. They give complimentary cards for golf, mini golf, and disc golf. The location is great 5 mins from many diff beaches or 5 mins from Walmart/many restaurants. Mr. Lou working the transit was so patient with us and accommodating. The pool was lovely, crowded at times, but still lovely. Wishing we had reserved many more days here. We will def be back!

Great stay, lots of space and amenities for all of us, great location. Loved the pool and quick access to the beach. We usually stay in a house, so was worried about neighbor noise, but it was very peaceful. It was spacious for the six of us and our fur baby. We had everything we needed. Beautiful property. There were Beach towels, a couple chairs and a beach umbrella on site but we brought our own so didn’t need, but nice to know for next time. We will be back. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a villa in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, United States! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described if not better. The space was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were a huge bonus the fitness rooms and pools were great and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

It was not clean. My shoes were sticking to the kitchen floor (I had to mop with a kitchen towel), the bathroom counter still had hairs around the faucet (hadn’t been cleaned), the carpet felt gross ((we couldn’t take off our shoes.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a clean and comfortable stay, and your comments have been shared with our cleaning team so they can address these concerns. I was disappointed to see that your review focused only on the negatives and didn't mention any of the many positives the property has to offer. Our condo is located on a beautiful executive golf course and includes access to indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, mini golf, and an ice cream shop—all within the community. Guests also enjoy being just minutes from the restaurants, MarshWalk, beaches, fishing, and other attractions that make Murrells Inlet such a special destination. We appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative, because it helps future guests get a balanced picture of their stay. We will continue working hard to ensure our condo and the overall experience meet the high standards that most of our guests have come to expect.

Everything you need for a restful, secure stay

There is absolutely nothing that could be added to this review that could more complement this property. For a pet owner, it is more than accommodating, the permanent residents are helpful and friendly and the property is second to none for the price range. We had a wonderful time near, if not on the oceanfront.

The condo was nice but the guest shower was not clean. Hair came out of the drain when taking showers. There was a storm while we were there and the WiFi went out (however the cable did not, which was strange). We had to go 2 days without WiFi and once they came to fix it they were there from 5 PM to 9PM which of course interrupted our family dinner and time together. Owner did not offer any pricing adjustments for our inconvenience and lack of WiFi. No other condo's in the building had the WiFi go out so it was strange and did not appear to be due to the storm because of that.

A storm knocked out part of my service. When the guest notified me, I called the provider with the guest on the phone to try and resolve the problem. When it was determined that the problem could not be corrected without sending a technician out, I accepted the first available appointment offered two days later. I hired someone to be there to meet the technician because the guest told me she didn't want to take time from her vacation. She knew when they were going to come because she was on the phone with me, she never said that was not a good time. Unfortunately the guest is taking her frustration out in the rating because I would not offer a partial refund due to the severe weather event that was out of my control. Great location. This could be a 5 out of 5. I call this a 3 out of 5 due to cleanliness. Dishwasher was broken and left with dirty dishes and black gunk/food which was disgusting.Clothes from past guests were left in closets. One thing I would point out to anyone staying is this is a 6 person unit, not an 8. Yes, there is a sleeper sofa that might work for very little kids. Classic bar in the back sleeper. Bigger issue if you’re planning to use this unit is towels and linens are only available for 6 people and the 3 bedrooms. Beyond that bring your own.Unit is nicely accessible, there’s even an elevator if traveling with anyone that might have issues with being on second floor, which is a plus. AC works really well (important there!) & cools evenly throughout unit; hot water was never an issue.

We appreciate all our guests leaving a fair and honest review. I had explained to Mr. Sumner about the dishwasher problem prior to his arrival. This was the second replacement which I was told worked but made noise, first one didn't work at all. A third replacement dishwasher will be installed this week and resolve the problem. I have spoken to my cleaning company about his other concerns and they will be addressed going forward.
