The Neighborhood:
Very cute and cozy residential neighborhood with amazing restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance! Easy access to the highway and situated right in the middle of St Paul and Minneapolis. 10min walk to the Allianz Stadium.

Getting Around:
Plenty of public transportation options available nearby! 10 minutes from a light rail station and a block away from a bus stop. Free street parking available on Carrol Avenue and other nearby residential streets. Heated underground parking available for longer stay guests for a fee (please ask if interested!)

We really enjoyed this stay. It's an efficiency-style place in the sense that the living area is connected to the bedroom but it doesn't feel cramped. It has a full-sized kitchen with anything you need, an excellent washer and dryer, and a balcony looking north towards the soccer arena. The building is well secured and very quiet. The stay also includes access to a nice fitness room. We've a kid at Macalester so it's well located for that school but it's also quite close to other area colleges such as Concordia, Hamline, and St. Kate's. The soccer stadium is nearby (3/4 mile) to the north and within walking distance to the south are a Whole Foods, several restaurants, numerous shops, etc. Street parking is generally easy and I-94 is nearby. For those without a car there's major bus line that runs on Snelling and a light rail station about 3/4 of a mile to the north.

Cute and clean place, very close to Allianz Field. Front door is a bit touchy. Other residents are friendly.

Comfortable apartment close to Mac

Very clean property within walking distance of Macalester College and Allianz Field. Also close to Whole Foods, if you want to cook in the apartment. The building was peaceful, and the gym downstairs is well stocked. Parking can be a challenge, if you rent a car; but, it’s definitely manageable.

Clean studio apartment in a convenient location

This listing was just what I was looking for: comfortable accommodation in the Union Park neighborhood that fit in my budget. It’s a 4th floor studio apartment in a newer apartment building with an elevator and a very nice Fitness Room on the first floor. The apartment itself had fairly basic furnishings, but was clean and functional, with the unexpected bonus of a washer/dryer. Working with the property manager was easy, and they were responsive when I had a few questions. Location is right off I-94, and view is of the neighboring bank parking lot, but it was quiet, with no highway noise, so not an issue for me.

Very Nice Stay

Beautiful studio apartment. As pictured and described. Very clean. Well stocked with toiletries and laundry detergent. Only issue is parking(as in all big cities). Taking Concordia to N Asbury and then onto 1 way Carroll Street was the easiest access. Would definitely recommend staying here
