Step into a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a charming 1845 Federal-style brick house. Located right between UVM and Church Street, you can walk everywhere while enjoying private outdoor spaces rarely found in downtown rentals.

Access & Layout: You'll enter through a shared mudroom with direct access to your private staircase leading to the second-floor apartment. The entry passes through a room-divided lower area that isn't in use, so you'll have a clear, private path to your space. We had a great weekend stay at Joe's place. Check in was easy. Joe provides all the codes and information in a timely fashion. The kitchen was very well set up and stocked with condiments and everything you need for good coffee, including a french press. We loved the location and the off street parking. The apartment was very comfortable to hang out and the bed and futon were both very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Joe's place. Clean, plenty of towels, linens. Everything was clean and cool decor! Centrally located for all the fun of Burlington.

The only thing I didn't love was that you had to walk through the hosts house to get to the apartment, that did make me a bit uncomfortable at first but after meeting Joe I was much more comfortable. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in from multiple different sites, check in and out was simple and straight forward, and the beds were actually comfortable! Overall, I had a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again.

Cozy & Comfortable Space

My friend and I travel to Burlington, VT once a year to reconnect during our birthdays. We have stayed many places in the area. This is officially on the list of one of our favorites. Clean, affordable, updated appliances, and cozy atmosphere. We had no problems sleeping in this part of town. It was a quiet neighborhood that felt safe to be there. Looking forward to coming back.

Comfortable apartment with a great location

Joesph was responsive, check in easy- nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Perfect location to visit downtown and UVM. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and local guides. Cozy sitting area and enjoyed the art prints on the wall.

Amazing stay in Burlington

This one bedroom apartment is in a safe and perfect location in Burlington. You are close to downtown and the many attractions around.The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The owner has excellent communication and knows the area very well so he is full of reccomendations and suggestions on what to doWe could not ask for a better experience, we absolutely recommend this Vrbo to anybody visiting Burlington!!

HI, I'm a professor at one of the local colleges. I just spent the past 2 years renovating this space which is attached to my house. I've lived in Burlington since 99 so I know the town pretty well. Come visit, the space is really fun and so is Burlington.

Great downtown location. 7 minute walk to Church St. Close to Champlain College and UVM. 15 minute walk to the lake. Historic 1845 house sits on large fenced in yard with great people watching porch.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is located on the second floor of an 1845 Federal style brick house. You enter through a common mudroom into a dining room. Off of the dining room, there are private stairs that lead up into the apartment. You also have access to your own private porch, off of the mudroom, as well as a fenced in yard with comfy patio furniture.

The space is such a great mix of new and old. It's completely renovated but carefully nestles in a historic 1845 Federal style brick building. Exposed bricks and beams, brand new hardwood floors, new appliances, quartz counters, a really comfortable bathroom with open stand-up shower next to a claw foot tub. The apartment is decorated with lots of local Vermont art and history.
