This cozy cottage was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Love being in the Bear Point community, close enough to walk to the marina and Oso restaurant and Tiki bar!!

Bear Point Cottage is in close proximity to everything yet in a quiet setting. The house is in close to Cotton Bayou Beach, a less crowded beach than the main one in Perdido, which is also fairly close. And while the house is very close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions, it sits at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood; it's really the best of both worlds.

We agree! Some of these off-the-beaten-path properties truly are best-kept secrets, offering a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—just what a vacation should be. Family vacay

Our stay was amazing! The home was more than we imagined very spacious. There was a problem with the washing machine and the host was very informative about the repair guy and also sent plenty towels without us even requesting. Overall we had an awesome trip we were close to the beach.(4miles from public beach access) They also provided us with a guide via text with activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay again
