Hodnett Cooper vacation rentals is pleased to present this 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home located at 409 Oleander Street. This wonderful duplex style home is conveniently located within a half mile of the beach and village area where shopping and eating abound!

Close to the beach, the Pier Village, public pool, and Live Oak Tree Park. What more could you ask for in a St. Simons cottage!

This fully furnished home is sure to delight any guests for along weekend or extended stays.

Enjoy fresh beachy air, beautiful scenery and sounds of the birds singing while sipping your morning coffee on the wide screen porch. Although you might not plan to spend much time inside with all the beauty that St. Simons offers; if you do you will not be disappointed! This charming home has had plenty of recent upgrades to make you feel right at home.

great location on saint simons island

The house was perfect for us and family. Walk to village and beach. Minor bumps: no CNN on TV and coffee maker dysfunctional.

We enjoyed how close this hoise is to everything. The beach, the town, the property manager. You can walk everywhere. We also enjoyed the size of the house and side yard/ screened in porch.

nice stay

The property was as advertised, great location, walkable to many local restaurants and shops. Quiet location, very clean and comfortable. The toilets could use new flush/flapper valves, needed to manually set them almost daily to stop the leak. The television basically is useless with Roku the only option. Overall the stay was very nice.
