The villa has a top unit and bottom unit, each with their own separate entry. Each individual unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa, along with its own full kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry closet. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 sleeper sofas between both units, sleeping a total of 12 guests.
