Located on the third floor of a historic Main Street building, this beautiful studio offers modern comfort with unbeatable access to everything Ouray has to offer. Inside, natural light pours through large windows framing breathtaking San Juan Mountain views. The brand-new bathroom is perfectly updated with a spacious granite countertop and a modern shower. The deck offers an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. With a fully updated kitchen, private deck, and inviting open floor plan, this studio is the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway.

• Please note that, as with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

• Parking Policy: Guests are welcome to park up to one regular-size vehicle directly in front of the vacation home. One additional regular size vehicle may be parking along the nearby street. No RV's or trailers allowed.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The location was everything -- we spent as much time on the deck as possible taking in the 360 degree views of the town and surrounding mountains. The other amenities were great as well: loved the oversized bathroom, comfy bed and set of chairs looking out the large window. Walk anywhere around town from here! The hosts were great; they responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to accommodate us for an extra night than we originally booked. When we come back for another visit, we know where we're staying!!

Excellent location with spectacular mountain views no matter what window you'd look out. The terrace was so nice and also gave 360 views. Was very clean, bed was comfortable and was nice to have a washer and dryer along with kitchen equipped with everything you'd need. We would definitely stay here again. We did not want to leave !

Very cool loft in downtown Ouray. Met all of our expectations and even exceeded a few. It was very spacious, the King bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very large for 2 adults. You had plenty of room to spread out with all of our belongings. The top deck was cool and even though you had a rooftop lounge next door. It was a great space to enjoy coffee or evenings. We saw a deer one morning and was woken at night to a black bear trying to get into a dumpster... maybe that's not for everyone, but when you are in this beautiful town and state, that was definitely a cool highlight for us. We walked every night to dinner and did not feel unsafe after dark doing so. Ouray is amazing. We love to stay in unique settings. So this one fit the bill for us. Lots of stairs...so being fit is a plus. Live a full life :).

Great location with incredible views. The stovetop works fine (hint, it turns on locked, hold down the lock button after turning on the power). Lack of a dishwasher would be my only gripe.

Amazing place smack in the middle of Ouray. Wonderful place to stay for a few days. Plus, you get some exercise coming up and down all the stairs! Wonderful room with large comfy bed, 2 comfy chairs, great bathroom and useful kitchen for snacking. Gorgeous patio with comfy chairs to look at the mountains. Room is right on top of a cheese/smoked meat shop so smells were wonderful as we sat out on the patio. This place is right on main street and walkable to everywhere in this wonderful town. Not a good option for large family but for 2 adults, could not have been better.

First impression was WOW! Bigger than expected, great location, roof was awesome, kitchen had both k-cup and regular coffee maker and electric fry pan. Microwave was combo air fryer. Would definitely come back!!!!

Wonderful Place

A perfect place for a 4th of July long weekend getaway. The third floor deck was ideal to watch the parade and fireworks. The views are amazing and we were on the deck every morning and every night. The place was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely will go back.

The stay was very comfortable, clean,enjoyed the outside deck. The stairs could be pretty rough for older ones. A/C would of been better but 3 fans going it helped. Would recommend in the future.

Amazing Location

This has been one of the best VRBO stays we have had! The place was amazing! Surrounded by mountains 360 degrees and right on Main St. Walking distance to everything! Very well kept place. Amazing space! It was really amazing that the host provided towels for the hot springs! The terrace was great! They also provided blankets for sitting outside on the terrace on a chilly evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Ouray.

Great downtown location with beautiful views.

This unit is great for two people. The unit is very clean and up to date. The location in town is perfect. Easy access to all the town has to offer. The outdoor deck has beautiful views. The unit has plenty of windows to keep cool in the summer and not much noise after 9 pm. People who have a tough time climbing stairs may not enjoy this unit but that is the only negative. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Kitchen was fully equipped, however the inductive stovetop was inadequate (could not get water to a boil). Manager was super friendly and very quick to respond. Pros: The unit was very clean and close to everything. We never had to drive anywhere. Cons: weak stovetop. Other things to mention, you have to climb up various sets of stairs which are not for the weak of heart. The top area is an excellent idea, but pretty useless because of surrounding area. We wanted to do some stargazing and bright lights on building across the street made it impossible. All things considered, I would definitely go here again
