The whole home is yours to use. There is one room locked off for storage. This is a personal home half of the year, so some personal belongings may be in the home.
Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
