Welcome to your home away from home! With 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a luxurious master suite featuring a walk-in closet and soaking tub, you’ll feel right at home. Unwind in the beautifully landscaped yard, take in views of Pikes Peak, and enjoy the ample parking. Just minutes from military bases, shops, and dining. If you're here on business, visiting loved ones, or soaking in all the experiences Colorado offers, this home provides a comfortable and serene place in a prime neighborhood.

Step into a peaceful retreat designed to help you truly unwind. This newly remodeled home features modern, elegant finishes that feel both upscale and inviting — creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere from the moment you walk in. With inviting, thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, high-speed WiFi, and in-home laundry, the space offers everything you need for a relaxing and restorative stay.

After a day of work or adventure, step out onto the back deck to grill, sip a drink, or simply enjoy the fresh air, beautiful mature maple trees, and surrounding quiet.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, restaurants, parks, and trails, this home also provides easy access to:

NO pets on the furniture! If pets are left alone they must be fully trained. Do not have pets relieve themselves in the grass and clean up after them.

There was a group of us traveling from Oklahoma and Louisiana to visit family living in the area. This home had everything we needed for meals, entertaining the kids, and getting some good sleep. The only thing we missed would be some curtains to keep the room dark for our littles during nap time. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Jenn was a great host!

Jen left a welcoming note for me and my family on the refrigerator. Very thoughtful. The house is beautiful, and comfortable. I particularly liked the fireplace during the cold nights. Comfy.

Jen’s place was perfect for our needs. We flew in on emergency as our daughter has delivered her baby early. They traveled 3,5 hrs to get to hospital including their two pups. Jen’s place was just 2 miles from hospital with dog friendly accommodations. That really saved us as baby ended up in nicu for a couple of days. Jen was very responsive and polite and hospitable. Her place was immaculate and comfortable! We were so grateful to have a soft place with a fenced yard to land in this stressful time. Thanks Jen! We’ll never forget you or your place!

The house was much bigger than we expected. Everything was clean and we had a great time. Lots of cleaning supplies which was great since we had little ones. Host gave updates and very clear instructions. Would recommend.
