The apartment is clean, comfortable, and efficient, on a quiet street tucked away close to the busy part of Lake Placid. The location is walking distance to downtown so I never had to struggle for a parking spot. Many good activities and locations nearby with a very short drive.

My family came up for the Lake Placid Summit lacrosse tournament in State three nights. We could not have asked for a better place. Accommodations, the cleanliness, the location, and all around experience was great. Highly recommended. Plenty of room and comfortable beds for three. Thank you.

Great weekend in Lake Placid!

We loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and super comfortable. Nice kitchen set up and eating area. Easy parking. Very cozy feel. The location is nicely tucked away from any noise but easy to walk to places like the park or Lake Placid Pub and Brewery. We really had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice little spot!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy access to the property. Cute little rental. AC is in the bedroom only, with a ceiling fan in livingroom and bedroom.

Great host

This is a great location very close to town and walking distances. Very clean and cozy. Upon checkout we discovered our vehicle wouldn’t start due to the VERY cold temperature the night before and Vadim was more than understanding, helpful, and kind about the whole situation from letting us use tools to letting us stay in the house longer to stay warm. Very easy to communicate with and we couldn’t be more appreciative!Highly recommended staying here!

Top Notch

This rental was in a perfect location - close to downtown Lake Placid so we were able to walk to local restaurants and enjoy the evenings happenings. Relaxing environment. Very clean and nicely maintained. The owner communicated with us to ensure we had everything that was needed and he was very responsive for questions.
