The Space



This spacious duplex offers two complete units under one roof, giving groups plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. Each unit has its own private entrance, living area, kitchen, dining space, washer/dryer, and full bath with shower/tub combo. With 5 beds, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 dining areas, it’s ideal for longer stays, group travel, or family gatherings.



Cook meals in either kitchen, gather around the dining tables, or relax in the cozy living areas after exploring St. Louis. End the day by unwinding around the private backyard fire pit.

Host did a wonderful job with both communication & refurbishing an older property to make it modern and comfortable! You can tell that thought went into small details so guests would feel right at home. Amenities were plentiful, rooms & beds were cozy and the whole property feels very contemporary considering the area. Would recommend if you find yourself in the St. Louis area!

This property was beautifully renovated. The house was perfect for our needs.It was situated pretty close to wherever we wanted to go.The host Edward, was very accomodating and seemed nice. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great location!

The house & the host were wonderful! We were looking for an alternative to a hotel & this house was perfect. The host was attentive & easy to communicate with. The living room was comfortable after long days with grandkids and the bedrooms very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again!

Safe, convenient & comfy apartment in Holly Hills area.

This Holly Hills apartment was very comfortable,clean &nicely decorated. It’s in a convenient, central STL; I felt safe in the neighborhood. Edward was very attentive, checking in often to make sure I was doing ok. Would definitely stay here again

In our spare time, we are dog parents to three pups - Ripley, Mikey, & Cody and avid athletes both runners and swimmers!
