Great for our family!

The perfect accommodations for our family. We loved being on one floor. The view was wonderful and loved the close pool. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fabulous week at the beach😍☀️🏖️

Wedding weekend

Property is very well located with great views. Can accommodate a family with plenty of room. All handles in kitchen need good cleaning. Outside patio in disarray - furniture all over the place. No gas tank so no grilling- some window screens need replacing - it’s a great property that needs a little more TLC

It was great, comfortable and large enough to fit a group of people. Had plenty of items in the kitchen and had a very homey feel. The view and proximity to the beach were a plus too.

Family Vacay

This was our second family vacation at the Juk Villa and we've already booked it for a third time next summer. We love coming to Debordieu and we love the location and size of this villa and Ann is a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to visit again!

Great house

I really have no complaints. This house had everything we needed. Great views of the ocean, large, beautiful patio with grill, TV in every room, washer/dryer, well appointed kitchen, parking for 2 cars, beach chairs and wagon. I’ve been renting at DeBordieu for over 20 years. I’ve rented houses, condos and now a villa. You can’t go wrong at DeBordieu!

Debordieu colony

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The location was beautiful and convenient to both the ocean and pools. We went for several nature walks and saw more wildlife than I’ve seen at conservation centers! The owner was very receptive to my requests. I think they are trying to iron out a few things with both the cleaning and linen service as well as with the management.

Debordieu Wedding

The condo is beautiful! However, it was not cleaned when we arrived. The beds weren’t clean and made professionally. We found chips and water bottles in bedrooms. Baths were moldy. Towels were horrible! Thread bare and tattered. Folded towels had dirt chunks on them. The owner asked us to wash sheets, towels, and make the beds before we left?????? I thought this would be included in the cleaning fee they charged us. So sad that this beautiful property was not at all “ guest ready”. You could write your name in the dust on the furniture! Stayed in plenty of VRBO properties and never felt compelled to write a review, but felt the need to share this for others.

Great Stay

Property was perfect for a great wedding weekend. House is excellent. It holds so many people and you really don’t know that anyone else is there because there is so many areas to sit. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location and privacy

Nice property, living area roomy. Bedrooms nice sizes with private baths. Kitchen nicely stocked to prepare simple meals. Owner responsive and very nice to communicate with.

Wonderful home for the family while attending a wedding.

Perfect rental for a wedding weekend getaway!

This condo was perfect for our weekend Debordieu stay. All of the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The porch is grand and gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was convenient and we were easily able to get to everywhere we needed.

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay at this Debordieu condo. It was myself, my wife, and our 9 month old. The location was perfect for beach access, and we enjoyed being able to easily go for walks in the morning and evening. The layout was spacious and perfect for multiple families. The view of the ocean from the bay window in the living room was great. We also enjoyed listening to the waves from the porches. Having access to the hosts' storage unit with beach chairs, wagon, etc. was an added bonus. Debordieu Colony, as a whole, is stunning. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The on-site amenities were great. Next time we visit we will probably rent a golf-cart to do some more exploring.

Great location and HUGE villa!! Beachfront

Although we were only there 3 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though we were there for a wedding we were able to enjoy most amenities. Large private bedrooms. Very well appointed. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Right on the beach and a great HUGE deck. We loved it and will rent it again!!!!

Treat Yourself!

My girls group (7 of us/ over 2 states) have been together "as a group" for nearly 30 years,. for 26 years we have been doing a long week-end (Thurs-Sun) in Sept. until this year, we have gone to Edisto Island, staying at the same house less one year! Edisto rates skyrocketed this year pushing us out of our budget. That's when one of us found 146 Summer Haven Court at DeBordieu on Pawley's Island. It surpassed our expectations. Aside from the price of course, the location, the view, the comfort of the condo, the access and proximity to the beach and the pools! The ease at which we were able to book and pay also a huge plus! We will be back! We will use VRBO again!

Family Fun

Loved the location!!! Property was next to beach club so one could walk to pool and restaurants. The villa was cozy, inviting and very family friendly. We hope to return !

My husband is from Georgetown which is 15 minutes away. We have two children who grew up going to Debordieu. We now enjoy it with our 3 grandchildren. The location is ideal for little people. We never run out of things to do or entertainment.

We started going to Debordieu in the late 70s. We have continued to enjoy our times there especially with our family and now our grandchildren. It is the perfect place for people of all ages. Sometimes I get down there and don't leave my "slice of heaven". We love to share it with others and hope they enjoy it as much as we do.

ABOUT DEBORDIEU
A exclusive gated enclave on the very southern tip of the Strand, this exclusive 2700 acre community has 6 miles of beachfront, marshes, creeks and forested areas. DeBordieu guests enjoy walking/biking trails, a boat landing, community crabbing/fishing dock, and playground. The DeBordieu Club facilities include an 18 hole Pete and P.B. Dye golf course, tennis center with clay and composition courts, and oceanfront beach club with fine and casual dining. Guests of the villa may take advantage of the the owner's Club membership privileges during their stay, upon payment of any applicable golf or tennis fees. 2012 fees for golf are $127 for18 holes including cart. Fees for tennis are $15 per hour.
