We loved the location—just off the main street, close to everything but far enough away that we didn’t hear the traffic. The balcony overlooking the creek was an especially nice touch. The property manager was great to work with and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

Love being by the river, and having a fireplace is wonderful on those chilly nights after a day in the Smokeys or shopping the strip. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. It's only a few feet from National Park boundry. Recently remodeled #108 is very nice: tile floors, new appliances, 2 comfortable king beds, large flat screen TV, walk-in tile shower, nice comfortable patio furniture on spacious deck over-looking large creek (you'll want to spend time there). Park your auto once and easily walk the entire city, while staying at the most peaceful end of the city.

People did not honor the rules at the pool loud music and party until 1 am. Outside of complex was in need of repair wood was rotten and coming apart . Very dirty out side stair way and walk ways in need of cleaning. I will not stay there again!
