Welcome to Mountain Chic, a first-floor condo at Summit Manor in downtown Gatlinburg. Settle into two bedrooms, enjoy mountain views from two private balconies, and explore nearby restaurants, shops and attractions on foot.

YOUR SMOKY MOUNTAIN RETREAT
• One king bed and two queen beds; maximum six guests
• Two full bathrooms with Paul Mitchell toiletries
• Primary ensuite with a jetted tub, bath salts and walk-in shower
• Two private balconies and the sounds of LeConte Creek
• Three smart TVs, including 50-inch TVs in both bedrooms
• Full kitchen with granite countertops and a Keurig Duo coffee maker
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi and central heat and air
• Keyless entry, free level parking and building elevator
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Shared seasonal heated pool and hot tub

COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 50-inch smart TV and private balcony access. Its ensuite includes a jetted tub with soaking salts, a walk-in shower and Paul Mitchell hair and body products.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, towels, hand soap, a hair dryer and Paul Mitchell toiletries. A pocket door helps separate the bathroom spaces when guests are getting ready.

COOK, RELAX AND SETTLE IN
The full-size kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, granite countertops and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Enjoy coffee on a balcony and listen to LeConte Creek after a day exploring the Smokies. A washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and starter laundry pods make your stay convenient.

WALKABLE DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Leave the car parked while enjoying Gatlinburg's shops, dining and attractions. Summit Manor is across the street from the Ober Mountain tram station and near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance. Ask Cathy and Glen about concierge services and local activities, including pontoon rentals on Douglas Lake.

POOL AND ARRIVAL DETAILS
The shared heated pool and hot tub are open seasonally. Please bring your own pool towels. Mountain Chic is on the first floor; the building also has an elevator.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. Over-Occupancy will get you immediately evicted with No Refund!

Sorry, we do NOT allow pets.

NO SMOKING or VAPING... Not in the unit or on the balconies.

PARKING: There is LEVEL Parking in the parking lot for your vehicle.

We want you to have a wonderful stay.

Bears/Wildlife are in the area so please keep all doors and windows closed and locked, including your vehicles. No food left outside and/or unattended, including in your vehicles. We are not responsible for any theft or damage.

NO feeding, baiting, trapping, enticing, or attempting to touch the Bears. Any reports of any of the above will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund, authorities will be notified, and you will be removed from the property with NO REFUND!

Our family loved this place! It was so comfortable! It was also in a great location. The whole place was very clean and very well taken care of. We didnt use the pool but it looked awesome and everyone was enjoying it. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and nice! Everything was working well in the condo and seemed new. Host responded within minutes when we had a question. Beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in this building a few times because we love the location! We love being able to walk to restaurants and attractions.

The condo was great, as described and the owners were top notch and responsible. If I had any complaints it would be the hill you need to walk up. There is an elevator that takes you to an adjacent property

Excellent condo

The condo was very clean, the beds were super soft and cozy. With all the amenities, it felt like a home away from home. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and was well worth every penny!!! Can’t wait to book next year.

A good time in Gatlinburg

We had a great time staying in this fantastic property. It was well equipped, with all we needed for the time we were here. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeping for 6. It is just off the main street, with easy access to all the town's facilities.

Clean!!!!!!

The condo was very clean! All descriptions and pictures are exactly what the condo is like. Very nice area in walking distance of Gatlinburg! There is an incline that you have to walk up and down to get to the condo parking area. Once parked the condo is right on the parking level very nice and convenient.

Birthday/Valentine's Day getaway

My wife and I were delighted with the location and condition of this conveniently located downtown condominium. We parked the car on arrival and did not need it again until we departed at the end of the trip. The condo was comfortable, clean, and very attractive. The kitchen appliances all appeared relatively new and of high quality. The mattress in the master suite was very comfortable, and my back is not easily pleased. We have stayed in a great many places in Gatlinburg over the many decades we've been coming, and this was the best of the lot. We are already looking forward to returning. I would give it my highest recommendation.

The place itself was awesome, and at first I was openly bragging about it and saying I would absolutely stay again. That changed when the host contacted my family staying in an upstairs unit about allegedly breaking overnight occupancy and parking rules—only to later find out the message was meant for me. I did not appreciate feeling monitored through a Ring camera or being accused of things that never happened. I did not break any rules. I stayed over the Christmas holiday and was getting married, so yes, multiple family members came and went during the daytime for gatherings, but only the five guests I registered stayed overnight. All vehicles used proper parking passes at all times; there was no illegal parking as I was accused of. After this, I no longer felt welcome, as it felt like I was being constantly watched and discouraged from sharing an important holiday and life event with my family.

Amazing first floor condo

I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for about 50 years and have always stayed in downtown Gatlinburg. We brought my 83 year old mother, first time without our dad. He passed last year and Gatlinburg was his favorite place in the world. We couldn’t have found a better condo. Handicapped space is directly in front of the door of this first floor condo The condo itself is beautiful! My mom enjoyed the whirlpool tub every evening. It was a treat for her. We met an extremely nice condo owner when we arrived He told us about the “resident bear” Hank and where he usually is seen. The first evening as we took the elevator down to the strip, which was an amazing convenience, there was Hank walking around. We saw Hank again the last night there, absolutely made our trip. I would definitely stay here again to our home away from home!

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to my questions. The pool was very nice as well. Our favorite part of the trip was the daily visits from the bear. I definitely recommend staying here. It is in a great location for visiting the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg.
