Best Kept Secret offers a view you won't find in any other condo at Summit Manor: this is the property's only unit overlooking the Gatlinburg Strip. Enjoy a front-row perspective on downtown, then step out to explore its restaurants, shops and attractions on foot.

Hosted by Cathy & Glen, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps up to six and pairs a walkable downtown location with comfortable gathering spaces, two private balconies and thoughtful amenities.

YOUR DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG STAY
• The only condo at Summit Manor overlooking the Strip
• Two private balconies with downtown and mountain scenery
• One king bed and two queen beds; maximum six guests
• Primary ensuite with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower
• Full kitchen, Keurig DUO and in-unit washer and dryer

ROOM TO UNWIND
The primary bedroom features a king bed, premium linens, a 43-inch smart TV and direct balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower and Paul Mitchell toiletries.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and its own 43-inch smart TV. The second full bathroom includes a pocket-door layout that separates the vanity from the bathing area for added convenience.

COOK, GATHER AND STAY AWHILE
Make breakfast before heading out or enjoy an easy dinner at home. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, cookware, a Keurig DUO and a starter supply of essentials. In-unit laundry and starter detergent pods make longer visits easier.

Watch downtown Gatlinburg come to life from the only unit at Summit Manor overlooking the Strip. Two private balconies give you space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after an afternoon in the Smokies. This is a downtown setting, with the sights and activity that make the Parkway such a memorable place to stay.

WALK TO THE BEST OF GATLINBURG
Explore nearby dining, boutiques, distilleries and attractions. The Ober Mountain tram is across the street, the Gatlinburg Convention Center is a short walk away, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is nearby.

EXTRA COMFORTS
Enjoy the shared seasonal pool and community hot tub when available. Elevator access and luggage carts help make arrival easier. Ask Cathy & Glen about local recommendations, grocery-delivery arrangements and pontoon-rental options on Douglas Lake; these additional services are subject to availability and separate charges.

Lovely quiet and spacious condo in a great location. Parking was easy and the condo was located within easy walking distance of all of downtown Gatlinburg. Wonderful private balcony with a great view. Everything very clean with an upgraded, well stocked kitchen. The hosts were easy to communicate with very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just fantastic. Super clean was what we noticed when we first walked in and smelled great! Communication with our host was great also. Location of the condo was great! We love to walk so it worked out nice. We loved to sit out on the balcony at night. The bed was so so comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Master bath was very clean! When we come back we will stay here again! Thank you so much for a great stay.

This is a beautiful unit. Very nicely appointed, spacious and very clean. It sits up so the view is good. Very convenient to walk Gatlinburg. But it sits up a hill that can be very challenging if you are walking. Also, parking is not very convenient. What bothered me the most about this unit is that the owners have put a ring camera on the door. I felt like that was kind of an invasion of privacy. Just me personally, I didn’t like that at all, and I have never encountered that before and I rent often. If that doesn’t bother you, then definitely stay here. It’s one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

The Story of "Best Kept Secret"
Imagine this: You’ve just finished the drive into Gatlinburg. The hustle of the everyday world is behind you. As you pull into your private parking spot at Summit Manor, you realize you won't need your car keys again for the rest of your trip.
You step into the elevator and arrive at the third floor. As the door to Best Kept Secret swings open, you aren’t greeted by a "rental"—you’re greeted by a home. The air is cool, the granite countertops in the kitchen catch the light, and the brand-new furniture invites you to finally sit down and breathe.
But it’s the sound that pulls you toward the balcony.
You slide the glass door open and there it is: the rhythmic, peaceful rippling of LeConte Creek just below. You realize you are in the heart of downtown, yet you feel like you've discovered a hidden sanctuary. To your left, the peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains stand tall, draped in morning mist or the golden glow of a Tennessee sunset.
By day, you are an adventurer. You walk 200 yards to the National Park entrance for a morning hike, or you cross the street to catch the Tram up to Ober Gatlinburg for a day on the slopes. You spend your afternoons browsing the shops on the Strip, popping back to the condo for a quick lunch in your fully stocked kitchen because you’re that close to the action.
By evening, you are a connoisseur of comfort. You sink into the Jacuzzi tub with a glass of wine and our signature soaking salts. You wrap yourself in a luxury towel and crawl into a King-size bed designed for deep, restorative sleep.
We named this condo "Best Kept Secret" because that’s exactly what it feels like—a high-end, luxury retreat hiding in plain sight, just steps from everything you love about Gatlinburg.
Cathy and Glen created this space for the traveler who wants it all: the views of the peaks, the sound of the creek, and the convenience of the city. We invite you to step into our story and make it your own.
