My daughter and I had plenty of space as we had two nice bedrooms. The condo was pleasantly decorated with ocean themed pictures and decorations. A peaceful setting and a lovely view! Our place was quiet, clean and just the perfect size.

This is my favorite happy place so I was thrilled to be there. The office gals and guys were welcoming. The changes to the pool area and the new flooring on concrete are such an upgrade. We didn't even get a rental car since we had so many options within walking distance. Very convenient to have friendly office staff on site. Unit was clean and cozy. Would definitely return and recommend.

The convenience of having eating, shopping and entertainment across the street is awesome. The pool is fantastic. I have met many friends who I still meet up with when I come down. My condo was perfect, owners very attentive, office personnel friendly and helpful. Cleaning crew too! This is the perfect place to stay in my opinion. Thanks for many happy memories.

One month stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely love Surf Song. 30 year guest. My unit is very nice. The property is not well maintained, although I hear that is going to change. I am happy about that. It’s listed as a resort and yet the lounge chairs are filthy, upstairs they are missing straps. The upstairs concrete is filthy and paint is peeling. Had as been like this for years. Covid is over...and yet we still get a drop off bag to change our sheets and put away towels, etc. and get charged a cleaning fee???I do recommend SS to many people and have about 10 units will be my friends and my sons friends in October. The location is wonderful, the people I have met are so special to me. I will continue to come and hope to see some improvements. The flowers have all died in the front large pots. It’s just not as pretty as it used to be. The pool was better this year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming here since 1994. I love this place. My unit is like a second home. The outside was filthy. Not well maintained. The pot hole in the parking lot was huge and not fixed the whole time. Pool was not cleaned on a daily basis. My owner is in touch to make sure I am happy with everything. Yes I would and have recommended the property to many others. Bamboo Gardens is a favorite hangout for music.I love Surf Song and hope the outside gets cleaned up!

228 Condo and Owners are the BEST!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean,updated, and as comfortable as every year that we come. However the maintenance of the grounds is unacceptable and the new maintenance man needs to lose his military mentality and realize that he his working in the service industry now. The guests do not work for him and he has no right to intimidate or threaten them. Please bring Steve back ASAP!

Nice for family

If someone was to ask me what I would change would be bring in a couch instead of love seat, or go with section. The living room was large, and all rooms had ceiling fans. Twins beds were not very comfy but it is a condo. We been going for almost 30 years and will say this is on of the favorite rooms due to where it is at, and quiet area. There is seating outside door which was great.
