"Stella Marina" is the perfect place for a beach getaway Located on the 5th floor of the Caribbean Resort, surround yourself with blues and greens that remind you of the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast, which can be seen through this condominium's floor to ceiling windows. This spacious beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed and its own private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Wake up and fall asleep to the most spectacular view of the Emerald Coast. The first guest bedroom also with a king bed; an ideal bedroom if your group includes couples traveling together. The second guest bedroom is excellent for guests with children and teenagers, equipped with a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofas in the Livingroom. The cook in your family will delight in the stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops of the fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast bar and dining room table provide plenty of room for the whole family to share a meal together. Beautiful Navarre Beach is a great place for you to enjoy some quiet time on the beach or relax on your balcony and take in the views and ocean breeze. We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as pictured, maybe even larger than the pics. Very clean and well stocked. Location is perfect. We had some issues with wifi cutting on and off but otherwise a great stay.

Great condo

This condo is in a great location. It had updated amenities. Beds were all very comfortable. Will definitely remember this place when returning for vacation.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean. The building is easy to access for guests and is conveniently located. Chair services is a great perk and we found that to be very useful. We enjoyed this property with 4 adults and two children and felt we had plenty of space. We all loved the couches!

The only problem we had was with the tvs. There were 2 remotes per tv. Signing in to Netflix or YouTubeTv was challenging but we got it figured out. Some tv instructions might be helpful. Other than that, everything was great

Great place!

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is that their was no hot water in the master bathroom shower and the doors need locks on them!

A lovely property

We only had one setback. The water was off for a few hours one evening. It couldn’t be helped because it was the whole neighborhood.

Beautiful condo. Just need the shower rod in the main bathroom fixed. It is pulling down as if someone hung heavy wet towels on it. It was like that so we were very careful with it. Everything else is perfect and gorgeous! Thanks again!

Great Location

Location was wonderful. Not a super kid friendly condo- lots of glass furniture, no plastic dishes/ cups. None of the rooms get dark at night due to bright lights on the outside of the building and no blackout drapes. Blackout curtains are not expensive and would help so much with sleeping in when the sun rises at 5:30am. The headboard situation in the primary bedroom is very annoying. It’s a shelf and the pillows fall in constantly. The couch is broken, and the shower curtain rod in the primary bath is barely hanging, which I saw mentioned in a previous review. Plenty of towels. The toiletries and dish soap/laundry pods were much appreciated.

Condo was beautiful!!! The beds were a little too firm. Hot water was not working in the master bathroom, plumber came right away, but was never fixed completely. It worked for a bath, but not a shower.

Incredible views, comfortable home

The property is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Master bed is very comfortable. Nice roomy balcony. We ate our meals on the balcony. Perfect spot to enjoy the beach when you aren’t down on the beach. Short, easy walk to the pier. Windjammers & Andy D’s are both good places to eat by the pier. Beach service included. The only negative is nothing in the way of spices - not even salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook bring your own seasoning, oil, etc. Also bring your own coffee and filters. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

Typical Florida condo...a bit old and outdated, but fairly clean and comfortable. Obviously this unit has some major hot water issues. We could not get any hot water from the kitchen sink. No hot water to wash dishes or towels. There was no hot water if you ran both showers at the same time, and if you only ran one, you got a lukewarm shower for about 3 minutes. We called Property Management, and they told us the plumber had left for the day and there was nothing they could do until Monday, leaving us with no hot water all weekend. They did not offer to move us to another unit, nor did they offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. They did not respond to our request for a partial refund, and only after much back and forth did they refund a small portion. They were very rude and told us it was a brand-new hot water heater, and it wasn't their problem. Plumber showed up on Monday. Said the hot water tank was bad and would have to be replaced. We spent all morning on our last day sitting around waiting on the plumber. Also, the HVAC leaked all over the tile hallway. They only offer beach service for 2. Be prepared to pay 50/day for each 2 chair/umbrella set. We were also given an incorrect gate code for beach access. There are no beach towels. There are no locks on the bathroom doors. All 4 bar stools are broken/unstable and dangerous to sit in. Very disappointed with the issues we had and the way they were handled. Keep looking… you can find something better.
