Quiet Townhouse community- perfect for beach vacation for couples, family and friends! Floor level - not a big busy high rise condo!!

*Quick walk to private beach (5 min walk.)
* A clean and simple 2 bed 2 bath, also has a pull-out sofa.

* Dog and kid friendly (there is a $95 pet fee /dog - 2 max)

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property! The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything we needed. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend!

The host was quick to reply with any questions. Lovely condo. The bed was very comfortable and slept in on a regular basis. Very nice people and neighbors. Nightly get togethers at the gazebo. Loved walking on the bridge and seeing pelicans and turtles and ducks. Nice access to beach. Dog friendly did it for us.

Great condo!

Holly checked in several times throughout our trip to make sure we had everything that’s needed. Condo was very clean and a short walk to the beach! I highly recommend Holly & her listings to anyone!

Best Vacation Ever

Where do I start! First off the trip was amazing, Holly our host was awesome! We had great communication the whole trip anything I needed or questions answered I just reached out and she got right back to me. The condo was great it had everything we needed she provided stuff for the beach overall it was a really amazing trip. The condo is perfect for a family or just kicking it with some good friends!! We came for my daughters senior trip!! My kids loved everything as well. And I will FOR SURE be staying here again. Thank you Holly for the awesome hospitality!! I’m really sad to leave honestly. ❤️😊❤️

A wonderful place to stay and spend time with the family of 4 and our pups. The trip was mine and my family's first trip to Destin and our first time staying in a VRBO and it was awesome!! The beach is a close walk and the pools are also!! I plan to stay here for as many years as I can with my family!! Holly was an amazing host and very helpful during my stay when I had questions and even before I left to make my 8 hour ride down to Destin!! I can't say enough how amazing my time here has been and how clean and nice the VRBO is, definitely a win win to stay here!!!!

We are super close to the beach and downtown, crab island and all the action. We also have wonderful restaurants to choose from and walking distance to a lot of great places here

この宿泊施設の特徴

I love that this is a townhouse with parking right out front and a patio out back and is in a quiet little community and it is not aa high rise and crowded condo! It is dog and kid friendly, and a couple minutes to walk to the private beach. If you do not want to use the beach chair service for a daily or weekly fee, I have enough extra chairs for 6 people , a beach wagon, there is tennis here, 2 pool areas, a large lake to feed the turtles or fish, the home is clean and updates, new BBQ and just an amazing spot to call home for your vacay.
