The rail trail is located directly behind the property, and is also walking distance to the Nara nature park & biking trails. It is also across from the Portage Lake Golf Course for you golf enthusiasts.

Explore the nearby nature and bike trails leading to Houghton or Chassell, or take a short drive to the MTU campus, downtown Houghton, and popular restaurants.
