Cozy cottage summer rental one block to beach in Bay Head

Note, this is NOT an oceanfront property. Picture is of beach one block away.

Centrally located in Bay Head, plus one block to beach!
Quiet, mostly residential area.
Common, shared yard with lawn chairs, etc.
One bedroom, one bath cottage. Sleeps 3! (with sleeper couch).

Perfect for a couple or small family.

Close to town, Charlies, Bay Head Yacht Club, Muellers, Burkes ... all within a short walk!
One mile to boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach!
Stroll, run, or bike the East Ave loop, 3.5 miles!
Short walk to Bay Head train station.

Living room, kitchen/dining area. Gas stove and refrigerator.
Access to common/shared yard and lawn furniture! Grill too!

Two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) for your use. Ocean kayak too. Beach cruisers available too! Surfboards too: long & short boards (note: you need to know what you are doing in the ocean to use SUPs, kayak, or surfboards!)

Quiet time is 10pm to 5am! Note that in summer when there are waves, yard will have activity with teen surfers (and some older dudes) coming and going!

Parking is an issue in the summer months! There is street parking on Howe St and East Ave. If needed, we will make a space available in the driveway, but please be considerate of the others needing to park here! Also note it is a double driveway; ours is the left side.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in cottage or on property!
No exceptions!
NO PETS!
