Awesome place to stay. It was very clean and the beach being private made it not crowded. The 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House 501D. Everything that was promised in the descriptions either met or exceeded expectations. The view is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and there is a washer and dryer! We walked to Surf Hut for dinner twice which has excellent food and great beach vibe! The place was Very clean and neat! Check in was easy and David provided great communication on everything. We highly recommend 501D at the Beach House!

Beautiful beach home!

This property had everything we wanted. Located by the water, so we woke up every morning to a beautiful view. The condo was decorated with a charming beach theme. We've been vacationing in Destin for 25 years. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in.

Amazing property with incredible views. Everything you could ever need was here. Loved the washer and dryer and cleaning items for easy sand clean up. Accessibility to the beach could not be easier. Big balcony was a huge win for early morning beach views. Loved every second!

Place was great, David, the property manager was great!!

Every thing was great but toilets weren’t working properly and washer had only a scalding hot cycle. Otherwise awesome place to stay !!

Thank you for your feedback. We had a plumber out to address the toilets, the current guest has not had any issues nor have any other guests this year. We will continue to monitor and possibly change something out if the problem that arose during your stay persists. The washing machine definitely works and cleans clothes great. The hot water temperature is being addressed this offseason to accommodate delicate cold water cycles. extensive work will need to take place when the unit is open but 501D has been sold out with happy renters all summer! Summer vacation

Condo was very clean, rooms were big. Room was ready before our expected check in time, added bonus. Beautiful views. Great beach access. Security walking around frequently which was nice. Great location. Complimentary umbrella and chairs was a nice addition to the umbrella and chairs we brought with us. Will definitely be staying again if available for future vacation days. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

The location of Beach house was very convenient and close to restaurants, outlet mall, and everything we needed. Communication great. We were even alerted that our condo was clean and ready well before scheduled check in, which was greatly appreciated. Beach service was a nice perk, too. Condo was clean, UpToDate, everything in working order. Nice stay!

Great location & just as described!

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. The view is unmatched and we loved that we were right on the beach! The included beach chairs absolutely made our stay perfect - we could stay on the beach all day with a shady spot to rest in! We felt very well taken care of by the property security as well - they even came out to warn us to get out of the pool when a storm came close. Ample parking because they are very good at checking everyone coming in. We also enjoyed a meal at the Surf Hut, which we could walk to on the beach. We just can’t say enough about how awesome it was. We’ll definitely come back!

Amazing Location

The beach is wonderful! Chairs are set up daily. Beautiful view of the water. A restaurant is just a short walk down the beach. You will need to purchase all food and cooking (salt/pepper/coffee filters ect.) items if you plan to have meals at the rental. Basic pots and pans are available. We would definitely visit again.

Destin 2024

TVs were difficult to operate and did not provide regular TV station viewing that we were able to tell. Eventually gave up trying to watch. Seemed to be streaming only. The building elevator was out of service on 2 occasions during our week there. The furniture probably needs to be replaced/uupgraded. Great view of the Gulf.

Thank you for your review. The TV issue was operator error, you simply had the TVs on the wrong setting, this condo has full cable and it is easy to operate. Detailed instructions are left in all rooms detailing how to use the electronics. Unfortunately we were not made of aware of your issues as we could have handled them swiftly and without interruption. We'll take a look into the furniture but have not had any other complaints to date. Thank you for your feedback. We really enjoyed our time here! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Never had to wait more than maybe 30 seconds for the elevator at any time. Comfortable furniture and beds. Pool and Beach access was super easy, loved having the 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this condo is perfect. It is close to great food and shopping. It’s also on a private beach with unobstructed views of the ocean which is a must for me! The pictures were exactly as we found and it had all the amenities of a home. The checkin process was simple and we even were able to check in early. We hope to come back soon!
