This was absolutely perfect. The variety of angles of ocean view sunsets sunrise was magical. My two boys loved the pool, we saw probably ten different honu from the balcony, the kitchen was adequate, there were plenty of different rooms for your own space if needed, etc. So grateful to have run across this spot! The hosts were very kind and excellent in communicating with us, too. Thank you so much!!

The views from this condo were absolutely breathtaking!! We will never forget the moment we stepped in and saw whales jumping from a short distance away. Then we looked down from the balcony and saw 3 sea turtles in the emerald green water. The location was perfect and centrally located close to shops and dining, but we felt like we were on a secluded island when sitting on the balcony. Andrew is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you, Andrew, for our happy memories!

We came for the whales and weren't disappointed. The views here are incredible and we spent hours on the covered lanai whale watching and saw some amazing displays. Our trip coincided with severe weather and most of our beach and boat plans were canceled, so we spent a lot more time indoors than anticipated. This condo is thoughtfully stocked with plenty of books, games, and kitchen/baking supplies that kept us busy. Andrew, the owner, is a gracious and accommodating host who was easy to reach when needed throughout our stay to address any unexpected issues from the storms and to make suggestions to local businesses for alternate plans. I would definitely book this condo again and highly recommend it.

Overall great location and was wonderful to be so close to the water. The owner/host was a great communicator and provided so many details about our stay. He made it easy. The unit is outdated but is clean. The unit has everything you need. You will value waking up in this place and being so close to the ocean.

We had an amazing time staying here for 9 days!! Woke up every morning to drink our coffee and watch the sea turtles right from the room. We had one issue the last night we were there but that was completely out of the owners control and I refuse to fault them for other people's wrong doing. We kept smelling very strong odors of weed coming into the condo and people were smoking it in the garage which made our rental car smell of weed (even with the windows up). The pool and condo were both very clean!! I've seen some not so great reviews about the property manager but we didn't ever see her so I can't leave a review on her. Andrew answered any and all of our questions in a very timely manner and was very helpful with all our needs. The only thing I would change about our stay was maybe a window ac unit. The bedding felt a bit damp at night due to humidity but it was great to hear the ocean waves at night too. Other than that, it is a very beautiful place to stay and I would definitely recommend Andrew and his beauty wife as hosts to any of our friends and family. Thank you for the refreshments for when we arrived. It was much needed after such a long day of flying. Mahalo

The property was perfect for our party. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was concerned about the lack of A/C but the ceiling fans in each room kept it very comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of small concerns - there was something that spilled on the countertop close to the refrigerator. It was about a 4” circle and it had dried and become very sticky. Also, two of the cutting boards in the closet appeared to have been put away dirty. This could have been by the last guest and in my opinion, would not have been the fault of the cleaning crew. There were only three garbage bags in the kitchen and we were staying for 5 days, so it would have been nice if there were at least 5 so we wouldn’t have needed to buy a whole roll of them, We left them for the next guests so they wouldn’t need to buy them. One night we returned to the condo at 9:30pm to find that the elevator service was out. Service had been called but thus far hadn’t arrived. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs to the condo. That wasn’t too great but no ones fault. The pool was great, and the condo was neat and clean other than that spot on the kitchen counter and the cutting boards mentioned. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views from the balcony, and the turtles we saw every day from the balcony! They were amazing!! The owners were very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for having us Andrew and Rosalia!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the balcony the best where we spent many happy hours watching turtles and boats and surfers and beautiful sunsets. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to a small issue. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked many meals. It was great to have beach chairs provided so that we could go to parks to enjoy the ocean front. Although there was no air conditioning we were comfortable with many fans provided and enjoyed having the patio doors open to the breeze and being able to listen to the waves. We would stay again.

Hidden Gem in West Maui

This unit at the Hololani was amazing. It had fabulous ocean views from lanais attached to both bedrooms where we saw sunsets and rainbows every day. Andrew, the owner, was super responsive and great to deal with on everything. Highly recommend!

Location is the best on Maui! Right on the water with views of Molokai and Lanai.

Our group of 5 enjoyed the activities of Maui, but our time at the condo was mostly spent on the balcony where comfortable tall chairs allowed us to spot whales and sea turtles in the nearly 180 degree view of the Pacific.A few small issues happened with the unit but the immediate and kind responses from the owner, along with quick resolution, only add to the happy memories from this trip.

Amazing stay!

Excellent ocean view and extremely comfortable bed and pillows!! Andrew was wonderful with his communications and checked on us once we arrived to make sure there were no issues. Loved the underground designated parking spot and elevator within steps of unit.

Wonderful

We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and property was amazing. We loved the large balcony and view. We saw multiple sea turtles everyday from the balcony. I can’t wait to come back and would love to stay here again.

Amazing view and location, saw sea turtles everyday off the balcony. Great communication from the hosts throughout the whole process (prior to arriving and when there) and also very responsive (had a minor shower issue, they contacted their handyman and was fixed the same day). Overall great experience!

We had booked Andrews place a few months before the fires and never being to Maui before Andrew was very helpful with quick responses to all our messages. His unit is great with amazing views. We loved every minute of it and would stay there again.

Relaxing place, close to everything, great sunset every day and turtles 10 feet off shore ☺

Beautiful location! Perfect Lanai OCEANFRONT! Listening to the ocean all day and night is so relaxing. Turtles, turtles, turtles right off the lanai. Beautiful view of Molokai and Lanai islands. Great West Maui mountain & ocean view off Master lanai. We will book this property again.

Beautiful week on Maui

Condo property was conveniently located to beaches, shops and attractions. Amazing views and sunsets. We were able to watch turtles from the balcony every day. Owners were great with responses to questions and checkin/checkout was very smooth. Property was as expected with nice beach extras and dedicated parking. Only minor issue is that the unit is not air conditioned and this was not obvious from the listing. With the unit being on an upper floor and ample fans this ended up not being a big problem

No units in this complex have A/C and it is clear in the listing that there is no A/C what is included in the unit.

We fell in love with Mamma Maui since the first time we visited in 1993. When we did get married we decided there was no other place to celebrate that big step, so we got Maui'd. Maui is now our other home in our heart and soul.

We have stayed at the Hololani so many times that when we had the chance to own there after we got maui'd, we jumped at owning this oceanfront piece of paradise. The number of bedrooms and size of the unit allowed us to share this amazing home with our family and friends. There is nothing like sharing some pupus and a tropical drink on the lanai and watching the spectacular sunset into the ocean.

The beautiful vegetation, spectacular scenery, amazing views, warm ocean and incredible sunsets captivated our minds and hearts. We especially like the Kahana area as it is so easy to get to so many beaches within 5 -10 minutes, the resort areas of Kapalua to the north or Ka'anapali. Only 15 minutes away from some of the best surfing and snorkelling on the west side of Maui.
