1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home. 2. Pets are NOT allowed at any time. 3. Access to the swimming pool is blocked by a safety fence, Guest and accompanies are responsible for ensuring that the gate is kept closed and that there are no objects that would allow children to access the pool. 4. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and in place. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. In case of emergency GUEST and accompanies may call 911 using the phone line available at the property (there is no charge for calls within the US territory). 8. The Guest and accompanies are responsible to protect all codes and passwords provided by the homeowner to allow access to the Resort and rental property. 9. Parking: Parking is free and available in a first come first serve basis in front of the home. 10. The Guest is responsible to take all trash to the garbage containers located at: - Corner of Yellow Lantana Lane with Secret Lake Drive (nearby the Club House) - End of White Orchid Rd where there is also a recycling container 11. All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 12. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest, in which case we will refund: - Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; - Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and - Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
