Welcome to Beach Life!
If you are looking for a rental that the whole family will enjoy, this is it! Enjoy the convenience of being close to great restaurants, such as Crabdaddy's, Barrier Island Brewery, Crap Trap, and Fiddler's to name a few. Take a stroll down to Massengale Park, which has lots of shade and its own beach access. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, which provides a variety of restaurants and gift shops to browse. Going to the beach is a breeze - the beach access is right across the street!

This three-story townhouse has everything you will need for your next island vacation! There are three en-suite bedrooms and a half bath downstairs for guests' use. The first floor offers a kitchen and open floor plan dining/living room. Off the living room is a patio with table and chairs. The second floor has two full bedrooms with private bathrooms and a front load washer/dryer. The first bedroom to the left has a king bed with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom to the right has a queen bed with tub/shower combo. The third floor offers two twin beds, an extra fold-out twin bed, and a full bath that has a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have TVs, with the living room having a large flat screen TV. There is no cable; all TVs are Smart TVs with streaming capabilities and YouTube TV. This property has assigned parking for two vehicles. The pool is open from April 01 - Oct 31. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. 7 night minimum rental year round.
