Great condo just a short walk to the beach

Welcome to Sea La Vie!!

The ground floor entrance has 2 bedrooms that are serviced by a Jack N Jill bathroom and access to a private, fenced back patio with table, chairs, and gas grill. The first bedroom on the ground level has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the large closet has two single bunks for when there are extra kids. Both downstairs bedrooms also have TV’s. The back patio is perfect for grilling, dining outdoors, morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Upstairs, on the main living level, you will find it has an open concept with a living/dining room combo and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can seat six and the kitchen bar can handle four more. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

On the third level you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk -in closet and outdoor balcony. The master is fitted with a king bed and a Smart TV.

We know you'll love exploring St Simons Island and exploring all that Sea La Vie has to offer.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Parking is available for up to 2 cars in front of the unit. No more than 2 cars at any time.
• Small Dogs considered for and additional pet fee of $125.00
• NOTE: Driftwood Drive beach access is under construction and closed.** Olive Way will be the closest beach access.
• 1.5 miles to the pier, village and lighthouse area

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Bedding Includes:
1 – King
1 – Queen with a set of bunks in the closet
2 - Twins
1 – Sleeper sofa in the living room

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

The house was very nice, the only issues were that the tub was not clean, it had dirt and hair in it. And the water/ice on the fridge didn’t work. Otherwise it was a good place.

Great Visit Would Stay Again

Wonderful property and neighborhood. Very well equipped and management company was responsive when needed. Beautiful decorations … very comfortable stay. Easy beach access and location to restaurants. Cannot go wrong with this property and management company.

Convenient and nicely appointed unit. Don’t forget to bring your own beach, chairs and cooler if you need one. Owner should consider providing those.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Its a very nice rental. Close proximity to the beach, clean, cozy. Only issue we had was with the AC, its on auto so while the bottom 2 levels remain cool the top level got stuffy whenever it turn off and the unit is very loud when it kicks on. Aside from that we had a really great time.

10 out of 10 recommend! We had a party of 8 and with the 3 levels, we had plenty of space! Just a quick 3 min walk to the beach or a 1 minute drive! We had two issues come up with the AC and the front door lock but it was immediately fixed and the customer service was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

The house accommodated our family well. My only complaints are check in was technically at 4, but we didn't get there til 4:50 ish. The cleaners were still there when we got there(not a huge deal) but there was a big pile of in the master suite bathroom. That was literally what we walked into after expecting a nice clean house considering the cleaners were still there when we pulled up. Also the patio with the water hose was super convenient, but it was such a pain to use the sliding door that led to it because the door wouldn't stay on track. We stayed 5 nights. I left a voice message the first night with these complaints, but never heard back from anyone during our stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were a couple of issues that kept it from being a great experience. The biggest problem was the mosquitoes—they were absolutely terrible and made it difficult to enjoy being outside, even for a short time. We also had issues with the refrigerator, as neither the water dispenser nor the ice maker worked during our stay, which was pretty inconvenient.The house itself was nice and the location was great, but these issues definitely took away from the overall experience. With a few maintenance fixes and better mosquito control, this could easily be a much better place to stay.
