This newly remodeled 2 bed/1 bath duplex unit is nestled in the lovely Glenview neighborhood in Oakland hills. Owners live upstairs in completely separate unit. Yard is shared.
There are about 20 steps down to get to the front door of the house. Wifi and Washer/Dryer in unit. 1 parking spot available in the driveway.
The home is walking distance to parks, restaurants and shops. 20 minute drive to Alameda beach. 5-10 minute drive to wonderful redwood hikes. 25min-1 hour drive to San Francisco depending on traffic but great options for public transport to San Francisco available during the week within walking distance.
