This culturally diverse area is chock full of trendy bars & restaurants, all within minutes driving or walking, and less than 10 minutes from downtown & Music Row. Easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy super fast internet, our big back yard which is regularly visited by white tail deer, sleep in late and enjoy fresh coffee & donuts or some fresh ice cream just down the street.

Gorgeous home in an ideal location. Not too far from downtown but removed from heavy traffic. Lots of local and charming restaurants and shops nearby. Well-appointed for stay with host providing ample supply of linens and toiletries.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The house was wonderful! Very clean and plenty of space! The location was great and near a lot of cool places! Robert was a great host and responded to questions quickly! Would book this place again!

Great location! Restaurants nearby! Deer in back yard as well when we arrived! Very clean, snacks and cold water was a nice treat before getting some food for the weekend! Coffee even provided! I would recommend to anyone with small children, very child friendly!

The property was exactly as described! We enjoyed the privacy of the property as well as the clean house. They had everything we needed in the kitchen including coffee! I messaged the host ahead to ask about the coffeemaker and he said they would make sure we had filters and coffee for our morning! So thoughtful! We hope to stay here next time we are in Nashville!

Absolutely amazing space. Beautiful, spacious clean home with a private back yard and patio. Big master bathroom. Very friendly and accommodating host. 5 miles from broadway, settled in a nice quiet location. A space I will be visiting again and recommending to friends and family.

Nashville Wedding Weekend

This house was perfect for us...just blocks away from the church and a short drive to the reception hall. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful...we saw a doe and her fawn in the backyard one morning! The beds had super crisp and clean linens, and the kitchen has every appliance you may need...even coffee!!

Great rental property!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was very nice and clean, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were traveling through Nashville while moving a large Uhal and car trailer. Bob was a great help communicating with me to make sure we would be able to back everything in the driveway. I highly recommend staying and would love to come again!

Wonderful, Happy Place

We enjoyed everything about the home. All the extra's, everything that I usually have to go out and buy when I stay at a VRBO were already there! The best was the deer that they had pictured in the back yard at dawn ended up being 3 deer that hung out in the yard while we quietly drank coffee and watched them nibble on the grass and berries. After 10 to 15 minutes they just pranced off, it was heart-warming and what a way to start a day!! Thank-you for a wonderful trip!!
