Welcome to the perfect East Side Stay! Nestled in the highly desirable location of Fox Point, East Side of Providence. This is a newly designed and renovated - cozy, chic, but modern studio in gorgeous brick building. The unit is centrally located and walking distance to Brown, RISD, and Wayland Square. This will be the perfect stay whether you are on business or pleasure, with the family or traveling as a couple or solo.

Compact unit .Walkable to College Hill

Ideal location for College Hill .Easy walk to everything you need including Whole Foods ( 5 min walk ) Great for solo travellers. Clean . Very comfy bed and nice linens . Off street parking a bonus .

Lovely place with great location

Clean and well equipped place with a great location. I was very comfortable for a five night stay and had everything I needed. Walkable to shops, parks, restaurants, and Brown U. Easy check in and check out, great to have a parking spot as well. Responsive host. Even fixed a minor issue with the heat in the middle of the night! Highly recommend would stay here again.

My name is Aref and I'm a builder and real estate broker in Providence. I grew up in Rhode Island and currently live in this great city. My day-to-day is working on high-end builds and projects with wonderful clients. My goal is to sprinkle in great design and comfort in my apartments for you to enjoy!

Your stay will be in one of the best neighborhoods in Providence, Wayland. Wayland is a relaxed neighborhood that is very walkable and has a diverse and eclectic mix of old and new. You will see students, professionals, academics - come across vintage and new shops, restaurants, and more!

You will be steps from a number of restaurants and coffee shops and just a short walk to anything you will need for your stay. Brown and RISD is a 10 minute walk. Wayland Square t is a 5 minute walk. You will have OFF STREET parking for 1 car.
